The staff's attention was horrible...not only did they throw away the food like it was garbage...but they had almost nothing to add to the burrito, maybe if they had informed me before ordering...I could change the option, but They were still how angry they were. And finally, a Mexican food place that doesn't speak a word of Spanish...it seems very strange to me. Very bad experience!

Roughly $14.00 for a chicken bowl and guacamole, will not be happening on the regular.The amount of food is just not worth it, ( small portions of food and guacamole, even the salad dressing has been reduces by half) the server ( a girl) mixed fresh guacamole into oxidized, brown, guacamole. For $14.00, I can make my own version and feed at least three people.

I thought the staff were nice. However, there were two major red flags. A manager should never be yelling and/or arguing with an employee in front of customers. The seconds red flag was that food portions were absolutely tiny. I am not sure if this is how this store operates but EVERY other one that I have been to has similar large portions.

Im not sure if the owners of chipotle are taking money out of peoples paychecks or holding their families hostages if they give the right amount of food but I was so sad and disappointed when I got my food to see that it was barely enough. I ordered a kids meal because it was late and didn't want to over do it. But even for kids portions. It just want right. Chips were stale. There was just no live in my food. Next time, I'll just not eat because that was such a tease and heartbreak all in one.
I stopped coming here after my kids’ quesadillas came out with non-melted cheese a few times in a row. As if they put them under the press just for a few seconds to warm them up.In one occasion, I did pay attention to the employee and suggested to please leave the quesadillas in the press a bit longer. The employee did not like that, but then again, the quesadillas didn’t come out with melted cheese.At times the employees got into conversations and did not take care of customers. Lots of laughter while they talk amongst themselves. As customers, we prefer for that not to happen and for them to focus on giving us an attentive experience.I used to come to this Chipotle spot because it is still close to everything I do in Dr. Phillips and it was fast and good. Which is what’s supposed to be.It was not fast and good food the last few times I went. It was more of a “slower” and bad food experience. Maybe I will return in a few months from now just to see if they have gone back to deliver how they started.

I order under eats to the hospital my bowl was mostly rice barely no beans or chicken.. I live davenport the food over theur taste amazing their food not so much .. usally even if it cold it taste good here not so

Got a burrito which was great, tons of filling and good taste. We decided to eat in, but the place was pretty dirty and music was loud and pretty weird.
Eating was fine at this location, but if you need to get in touch with the store--forget it! We have been calling, trying to go through customer care, etc for over 24 hours after possibly leaving a purse here, and we cannot get anyone to take our call. It leads you to believe someone working there confiscated the purse and purposely doesn't want anyone to know. We live an hour and 20 minutes away and were only in town for a conference over the weekend. Customer care should be taken seriously. A family member who is more local will go in person tomorrow to see what they have to say.
