Not bad. Certainly worth a stop for a good cup. Didn't try anything special. Might have to go back for something else. The coffee was a good roast & perfect temperature.

Came here to visit the Coffee Factory & Cafe, but it is now owned by Paris Bake Shop & Café. It appears the menu and options have changed. The coffee was okay, and the food was decent. We were not entirely impressed with our visit based on the food and coffee, other than the employees were friendly.Parking: Parking was good.

I love this place! I’ve only had great experiences. The one time I had an issue I didn’t even notice. They forgot to add my cookie to my order, but before I even noticed, by the time I got home, they already refunded me. Shows they care!

Relaxing and quiet place, great for meeting up with coworkers or relatives. The food is decent but for the coffees, you must know how to order and how you like your drinks. If not, you'll end up with a drink too bitter or not suitable for your tastes. Luckily the staff members are very friendly and are willing to replace a drink if not to your likings. I only dealt with a bitter drink once but once you get the hang of it, this place is indeed a great little cafe.

I use to love this place! I just went today and it was sooo disappointing! I brought my family and we ordered a variety of items. I ordered a cinnamon roll and asked to be sure it would be heated. We received our order and left. I found out that we were down a cinnamon roll because my nephew ordered one as well. I went back, paid for another one. They gave it to me cold and I asked for them to heat it up. They said they don’t typically heat it up in bulk orders. ( I literally asked if it was heated BEFORE I ordered. Anyways, the cinnamon rolls were lemony and hard as rock. The danishes were hard and not very good either. The Havana banana tasted milked down… we have been going there for years, but not any more.

So, one star may seem harsh, but hear me out. The vibe is nice. The space is cool and comfortable. The music is French, which is a fun add. I lived in France for a long while and grew to love French coffee and the culture surrounding the coffee. This coffee was awful. I ordered a standard espresso. The presentation was laughable as the espresso cup was presented to me without a saucer and without any sugar or cookie addition. The coffee tasted purely awful. It doesn’t matter how cool of a place it is, if the coffee doesn’t work it is all for naught. It is supposed to be a café. This was a hangout spot that served tobacco flavored coffee. I would hope to see drastic improvements to presentation and coffee to ever consider returning here. The staff were kind. Nothing against them at all. It was just lackluster, at best.

Pastry and lemon loaf were so hard and dry that you could not eat them. The 2 people working were busy standing around and talking that they forgot to make our crepe as we sat waiting for too long. It was not an authentic tasting crepe, even though we were told the owners are French. The coffee was ok, not hot, just luke warm. I know that it just took over the original coffee place, so maybe it will improve. But so far, the food offerings are bland and dry. The place had only one table of 4 young people and another with just 1 person other than the 2 of us. It was not like the picture shown on Google with a full house. That photo is from the previous coffee place. Parking is hard to find in this small shopping center. I'd pass for another place in Waterford for now.

edit: the drink did not have coffee but I was given a gift card and swift responseI have no idea if my drink has coffee in it... I suspect it doesntGenerally I really like the coffee here - Im glad the Queen of Hearts stayed on the menu its my favorite drinkbut in-between my last visit the cups changed and this is what I got... The color looks off and I honestly cant tell if theres coffee in it (My partner was the one that had gone in an ordered)Really I'm wondering if this is what the blended drinks will look like from now on or if the recipe changed. Every other time I've ordered the drink its been a beige pink color.

Such delightful food at great prices! Our hosts this morning were warm and welcoming. I got the blended Creme Brulee latte, and it was to die for.

My husband and I had a bagel egg cheese and bacon. It was delicious, it hit all the spots for a good morning breakfast. We also had cold brew iced coffees. He had a sweet cream one and I had a regular one. We substitute it for almond milk and it was still good. So I can't judge it off of the substitutes. The bathrooms need improvement and a good clean. Overall, really good, nice french music and American music, nice workers and a nice atmosphere for outdoor seating.

I’ve recently moved but come back every now and then to visit family. I remember it used to be Boston Coffeehouse and then Coffee Factory, and now it’s Paris Bakeshop. They still have a variety of different latte flavors which you can get hot, iced, or blended. I went with the Turtle Macchiato which is my go to drink here, but it wasn’t as strong as I remembered. I ordered a $10 turkey BLT wrap but the portion size was smaller than I expected for the price. The atmosphere is still great and I was able to read and focus on some work. The service wasn’t slow and the staff was wonderful and friendly.

Tried their white mocha and chocolate mocha nut, it was good! Cafe a lot of bakery items too. Place has a nice vibe, staff is friendly and easy to find parking.

Counter order establishment. Food was okay but took a very long time to arrive. Our companion received her food so far ahead of the rest of us that she was done well before ours even arrived. Coffee average, judged substandard by one of us. Dirty restroom (both restrooms unisex which is fine) with a wobbly toilet and no paper towels. All plastic and styrofoam cups/utensils but food on paper on metal tray.

I popped in here for a coffee yesterday; never knew this place was here. The Doppio (and I don't say this lightly) tasted excellent, it was perfectly balanced with the correct amount of crema on top. It seems like all the coffee shops in town, from Starbucks to the more boutique locations, under extract their espresso resulting in an overly sour taste (which is why they love to cover that with a latte). The Doppio here was not sour or bitter, it actually was perfect. My wife really liked the hot chocolate. (she doesn't drink coffee). I tasted it and I was surprised that it was more than just warm milk and chocolate syrup from Wal-Mart. It WAS really good. But Nick, why 4 Stars?? At the bottom of my Doppio was a pretty large amount of grounds. Also the barista didn't know what a Doppio was. Now I don't mind coffee grinds as long as they're stuck to the bottom (which they were) and not floating around in the drink, and I don't expect everyone to know the correct name for a double-espresso the moment I meet them, and the barista may have been new. But a lot of coffee grinds at the bottom of an espresso is kind of a bad look. I plan to return. Ultimately the coffee was great.
