The ice cream is great. The location is clean. The employees are as rude and mean as a group of wild uncaged savage animals in the jungle. No manners, no greeting, no thank you and they seem very angry when customers walk in. It only gets worse from there. They seem to hate the customers and do not want to do anything for them.

It took us almost an hour in line to order the ice creams. They prepare them individually according to taste. The ice creams are not bad, but seeing the time they take and the preparation that really goes into the flavor is nothing different. They serve plenty of ice cream.

Today at 7:00 went to get ice cream waiting in line a girl with curly hair blue eyes saw me in line attended 5 people behind me very rude another employee noticed and helped me very wrong and the fact that 5 people behind me were attendees when I was first sloppy feel bad for her when she decided to get a real job her work ethics are trash

I walked in today 7/1/23 at 1:15 pm a young lady leaning on the walls, no hello, can I help you? She just stared at me, so I left. I didn't want to disturb her leaning haha. I love cold stone ice cream, but this employee is weird!
Did an order and it was bad as well as wrong so I contacted the store about it and this Young Asian lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. Definitely lost a customer that purchased there regularly. I wonder how much the store is losing when you have poor service.

Great dessert spot, not only for ice cream but smoothies, shakes, cakes and more! So many options for mix ins/toppings and ice cream flavors. Very clean and the service is great. Atmosphere is nice and the smell of all the sweetness is the best. Highly recommend.
