Alyssa is absolutely not good with customer service I have a peanut allergy and I go to this cold stone ALL THE TIME . They are always very safe with my allergy by getting new spoons to mix my ice cream opening a new ice cream in the back and mixing it in a little clean bowl . She said she can't do any of this and I had to order something completely different than what I ALWAYS GET like 2x a month a least??? Makes no sense. EDUCATE YOURSELF ON ALLERGIES I clearly know that there's a chance of cross-contamination but these little things make it helpful to be safer than just telling me I can't have ice cream? Not coming back .

The heat of the night was blistering like an August sun. My desire for sustenance of the chilled variety was insatiable. Cold Stone Creamery supplied only what can be described as the perfect cone. I watched the parlor employee churn the icy treat on the stone slab with my chosen accoutrements like a skilled carpenter whittling a piece of oak. I walked away from that stand a different man. Satisfied to my core.

Good go to spot to for a evening snack after a great dinner night. the service is good very fast workers even when they have a very long line on Sundays. The Ice-cream and shakes are my favorite especially the cheese cake ice cream flavor its very tasty and will leave you craving for more. They have a lot of different flavors customers can choose from and also they sell ice cream cakes.
Terrible experience! Employees not trained on gift cards properly and overcharged! Owner will not fix problem! I will NEVER eat there again and I recommend you don't either unless you want to be ripped off and then ignored!

This particular Cold Stone Creamery is located close to Orlando International Airport. I stop by here when I was supposed to pick up my son at the airport and I had a little bit of time to kill.It is not a huge ice cream shop by any means however, My overall impression was that it was pretty good.In case you are unfamiliar with Cold Stone Creamery, it was started back in 1988 in Tempe, Arizona and has since grown into an international brand.I would definitely recommend this particular location of Cold Stone Creamery. While not a big location, it does offer big flavors.
