I gave 1 star on food due to the presentation of the food, I didn't like the way the vegetables were chopped up under the meat. There were all different sizes it just didn't match the price of the dish.The service from our server was good, but the young lady with the glasses at the check in counter, was preoccupied with the screen in front of her, we gave the name on reservation she never looked up at us. We asked if we could get our wine bottles from the club at our table, she said yes. We asked the server who apologized and said no, we had to get wines at the bar area. I have visited this chain in 5 different locations in addition to this one, and it's the first time I've had a complaint.

I come here often and I absolutely love this restaurant. Food and wine are always amazing. The last 2 times I came, which was within 1-2 months , the service I experienced was not the normal I'm used to from this place. Not sure what happened but my table got the bad end of it. I was sitting outside both times. Other than that, this is my go to place.

I typically don't leave reviews for restaurants but one is needed in this case. We had reservations at 7pm for 2, however was near the area at 5:30 so stopped in. It was hopping. The tasting area was FULL. A lot of activity. No way they would get us in. But they did. We were delighted with the outstanding service of ChristinA+ (absolutely deserves the +). I went with the Alaska Cod which was scrumptious and perfect. Sorry to hear it's going away (If I can get LOUD in my review, DON'T GET RID OF THE ALASKA COD). It's tough to find in Florida and about as close to home as I can get. We re-established our 2-bottle membership after a lengthy year of not having it, all thanks to ChristinA+. A nasty experience in September 2024 via the 2nd floor of the Kansas City location of Cooper's Hawk had us second guessing ever returning. But this warm April evening we gave it a chance during date night in Orlando and couldn't have been more pleased. Please, please, please, provide our thanks to ChristinA+ and the outstanding service and food we experienced at Cooper's Hawk, 4/9/2024. - Nate and Jenn

Crowded but servers did a great job making sure that the food came out quickly and then drinks never were empty. Little disappointed in the Merlot so if you're going to drink their standard wine the cab is a better option. Had the mahi-mahi, pretty good! I've been here before and I will go back again.

What a wonderful experience. My husband and I are club members and barely use the wine-tasting perks. We were around the area and decided to stop by. The place was busier than expected for a Monday but it is Orlando?... Our bartender was soooo patient with us. So many people came in! 2 groups of over 5 people and she was so patient with my husband and I; Took the time to check our membership, suggest wines, describe what to expect and super sweet! The bartenders worked together as a team which was so sweet to see! We were guided through our tasting. I recommend 100%I gave it a 4 out 5 for atmosphere because I am being a little selfish and would love some barstools but totally get why they do not have it??... Overall a 5 for the service and attention on a busy Monday evening! Absolutely recommend not only because of the wine but because of the service! Thank you to this beautiful, patient bartender for helping us out ?

It was a "kiddie plate" for $45. Manger came out and said basically sorry not sorry, you should have got the 10 once. I was told I received "4" ounces of Salmon. That is what let me know I was being ripped off and played like I was a fool. I HAVE EYES!!! And it was dry as hell! Called the main customer service line before I even left and they were sorry and apologetic about the so called managers behavior. THIS "MANGER" IS AWFUL and should be ashamed of himself for ripping hard working people off in this economy, but our waitress was good.
