Served a rotten mandarin. The rest of the food was ok, but put a mandarin on our tray that was clearly not good.Edit: When it was brought to the attention of the server, they apologized profusely and gave us 3 to replace it! Amazing service!

The worst meal. The burger was dry, the bun was hard, and the fries were cold. Awful! I spoke to the shift lead and her response was, “I know. Would you like a refund?” So I got a refund and threw the food away and went without dinner. My question is, if you know the food is that bad, why are you serving it? Why are you taking people’s money and giving them garbage???

Highly recommend this place if you want to get good food and some nice background music. Just like many others shared the food is actually pretty good. Prices are not so high and they are very generous with their portions. Staff are always super friendly and helpful Anthony Hu went above and beyond to make our day extra special.

So I actually used to work here a bit when I was in Disney’s College Program and it pretty much hasn’t changed haha it’s nearly all fried foods and burgers and sugar sodas, with a couple salads covered in fatty dressings. I wish they’d expand their offerings but it is quick service. AND. There’s lots of seating. It’s air conditioned. The set up is nice and the lines go quick we usually come here to take a little break. The Cosmic Ray animatronic is fun for the kids, although I’ve heard his loop so many times I wish they’d at least extend it!

The staff is discriminatory. I ordered using mobile ordering and went to pick it up. The woman with Emma written on her name tag was clearly serving me in a malicious manner. I ordered a hamburger with tomato and lettuce, but it only had a patty and cheese, and when I pointed that out, they silently handed me the lettuce, tomato, and other toppings. And laughing with the staff next to me. Meeting someone like this in dreamland is the worst. Perhaps you are poor in spirit. However, I also felt a little sorry for him. I hope good things happen to Emma.

We usually come here while at Disney. The food is good for quick service and like having the signing alien on the stage.We had burgers and chicken tenders. All were good. Slushy I was told was good too. Mobile order as it was busy but we got our food quickly.

You gotta wait forever to get some fastfood so it is slowfood. I would have liked for some more healthy options besides the salads and the the orange for 1.99 dollars. Disney really needs to get some decent healthy food for people who don’t want to keep eating gluten and fries with sugar. They served me chocolate milk without a straw! And there were no straw dispensers so i had to go back to the queue to ask for a straw.

Waited almost 15 minutes from time of order for a slush drink that ended up very small with very little ice.It was obvious that their other/machines were working better, but they went to the one that was almost a liquid to make our drink. Very disappointed.It's real great to see orders two or three behind us with lots of food being served before our single drink.The Sully slushy looked absolutely nothing like their image.
