Great service, Friendly Derinda was very nice. We stay at Marriotts and this was by far the best experience and everything you would expect of a RESORT. I Love this place and will recommend to anyone.

Firstly, the location of this set of hotels and accommodation is excellent. It is very centrally located in the Lake Buena Vista area, and Disney Springs, which means none of the attractions, shops and restaurants are very far from you. It also feels like a very safe and welcoming area. On the subject of shopping, one of the major outlet centres is just up the road, so that was handy for my wife! It was easy to park right outside, which is always a plus, and the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and gave a good vibe. We also noticed how clean and fresh the public spaces were. The room is ideal for this kind of holiday. My wife and I had a very comfortable King bed, and the bathroom was very modern. To be honest, we didn't spend a huge amount of time inside, as we would have breakfast (good quality and reasonable) and then head off to enjoy the magic that Orlando offers. But it was an ideal base that compared well on price, and we recommend it highly.

Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott® Orlando Lake Buena Vista In The Marriott Village When deciding on a Disney holiday, choosing the right base to explore from is almost as important as which Mickey ears to pack… For those looking for a cost conscious option, boasting a host of shared amenities and great journey times to all of the parks, the Fairfield Inn & Suites is a great pick. Located on Vineland Avenue and recognised as a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor® hotel, the Fairfield Inn & Suites not only offers plentiful car parking for those like us who hired a spacious Chevrolet for our vacation, but is also only a short shuttle ride from Disney Springs® and other Orlando shops and restaurants making it the perfect place for easy off-park dining and shopping. Set around the Marriott Village central arriving circle are three Marriott® concepts, and guests at each have access to shared facilities, meaning that we could take advantage of the large pool at the Springhill Suites, the playground by the Courtyard as well as having access to the Fairfield Inn & Suites’ own fitness centre, business centre and complimentary grab n go or dine in American breakfasts each morning from 6.30am. This was perfect timing for hitting the early park openings and the Mickey shaped waffles proved an instant hit! Inside, rooms offer the typical US configuration of two queen or king beds as well as a pull out sofa bed for those wishing to have a larger family in one room. There is also a compact bathroom and mini kitchenette with fridge, microwave and kettle, which was great for pre-prepping some much needed park queue snackage. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, and the addition of a small shop kiosk next to reception was great for grabbing snacks after those late night jaunts back from the parks. With rooms starting from around $150 per night, it offers an affordable, accessible and comfortable base for exploring all of Orlando and indeed Disney’s top draws, as well as laying claim to being the closest Marriott to Universal Studios

Ok hands down the best hotel to stay at for a Disney trip! The shuttle to the parks was necessary it was so nice to have! Also the village food hall was delicious and the playground right there was an amazing way to end our days have dinner and chill while the kids play. It was super clean and the pool is very unique with the waterfall. Will definitely be back.

The room was so nice, we had a lobby level room and it was lovely! The hotel had both and indoor and outdoor pool perfect for families. We have stayed quite a few times. The park for the little ones is amazing as well! They also have a food court which helps.

The hotel itself is located in an excellent area. Check in was easy, but felt it was lacking in communication as we were charged for car parking when we didnt even have a car and we were given vouchers which said $10 off at the onsite restaurants but wasn't told this was per day until we used the day before we left and nothing was mentioned about a resort fee until we spoke to reception querying our parking fee and $134 pending on our bank account which we were told this looked like it was being removed and we werent being charged it, hopefully this is the case as still showing pending!. We spoke to several people on reception and in our personal view they could do with some people skills training as it felt like we were interupting their day, the only person who stood out to be very helpful and polite was TJ and thank him for his help, rooms were clean and had everything you needed apart from a safe. Breakfast was simple but very nice and the staff were very friendly and welcoming every day. Felt the price for bottled water at $8.54 was a rip-off!. Would recommend for a few days.

My family and I were supposed to travel the week of 8/28/2023, but were forced to evacuate from home due to Hurricane Idalia. So, this abruptly change our travel plans unfortunately. With that, we did not cancel our reservations in time being that the deadline was the same day (8/29/2023) that we were told to evacuate. Welp, I was still charged for our stay, but again, canceling our travel was the farthest thing from my mind. We were focused on sheltering for the storm. I reached out to the property and without hesitation, one of their coordinators (Ashley) assisted me immediately. I couldn't have been more grateful for the understanding and professionalism provided. She did an awesome job especially at this time and the stress that I was under. I am most definitely looking forward to my future stay here! Many thanks!

My stay was fantastic! The assistant desk Manager Onyx Santiago went above and beyond to assist to ensure my stay was as perfect as possible and truly cared about customer satisfaction. I would definitely return next time in in town.

This hotel has gone down hill since we last stayed. We have stayed here many times in the past as it’s close to Disney and outlets. So disappointing. Our hotel room had a bad smell. Couldn’t place it at first, then my husbands nose started running- He has dog/cat allergy. We went outside on the balcony and it smelled like urine. Assuming a pet was there? Would have asked to change rooms but we arrived close to midnight and we were tired. We also booked a triple a rate straight from mariott site which indicates or insinuates that parking was free. Read it several times after the fact and it still looks like a bait and switch. The desk person said it was half off. That verbiage wasn’t even in the description. Ridiculous that parking is even charged to begin with. So many other choices in this area, I wouldn’t stay here and I won’t stay here again.

All the staff here was amazing! The prices were extremely affordable, making it great for students, families traveling from overseas, or families from the state. The breakfast buffet was great. It had Mickey Ear pancakes which made my sisters weekend. She had one every morning. My moms favorite was the omelette station. Parking was always available even late at night. And the wifi was always high speed. The design of the rooms are what you would expect from a Marriott, clean, beautiful, and elegant. Always clean. Michael Villanueva & Vinny Zuniga helped us out a ton! The crew in the kitchen Betty, Andrew, Bremni, Liz, Lizabeth were all wonderful at making our morning breakfast an incredible time.

Nice little pool bar next to the Courtyard Pool at the Grand Floridian. Great spot to grab a snack or a Pina Colava (a Disney classic). It's a pool bar so can't rave too much about it, but it's good to have as an option when you're poolside and the service is very good.
