This pool bar is very disappointing. The chairs are so low in comparison to the bar top. As far as food it’s essentially hot dogs and chips. The frose that is pictured bright red and served with a strawberry garnish was brown and no garnish. After I ordered it, someone else from another party ordered the same and they received this mysterious brown frozen liquid as well. I verbally pointed it out to my party, but not the staff because I felt like it was pointless. Bartender must have heard it because then, when a third party came to order a frose they were all out of the drink apparently. That drink should have never been served to customers that way and it didn’t taste right.

Yeah…no—went to hang poolside and was denied a drink because according to the bartender my is was “significantly damaged”. Which was odd because I took a plane to Florida (and multiple other states) with no problem and was served at multiple other locations on Disney (and the country) without an issue. But whatever fine, my issue was he was literally screaming at the top of his lungs this to me while other customers were 10 feet away. Look at over 2,300 a night, I expect better service—period. As I sat there I noticed that no other person was asked to show id, an interesting point to note as a person of color. Aside from rude service the drinks are way over priced. Other resorts on property have way better drinks and service than Kj at Bay Lake—Cove Bar

A typical pool bar with good service. There are limited food options with nothing particularly different or exceptional.

This bar is understaffed. The bartender joked that it takes so long because of all the complicated drinks that people order (frozen this and blended that). Not worth the wait. Unfortunately, this is the only place in this building to get a drink.

Cove Bar is poolside at Bay Lake Tower. This is a great little pool bar with good service, good drinks, good snacks and pretty much everything that you would want in a pool bar. Definitely worth ordering from here if you're poolside at BLT.

Very little change to the theming... They did add a few seats and couches outside The food and drink selection is poor...Costly and doesn't live up to the Pinnacle, 'private' lounge experience.. We love eating at Disney Lounges ... We would never go here for food or drink....Just Firework's

Your standard Disney pool bar. Pretty much everything is overpriced but you're here so you might as well make the best of it. The bartenders were nice and did their best to keep the lines short but the food is just all underwhelming, especially for the prices ($9 for a hot dog). "Nachos with cheese" were just thin tortilla chips with a cup of cheese. Would not recommend these. The Mickey pretzel is what you get in the parks, it's pretty okay and tasted fairly fresh. $9 for this hot dog is just brutal. Also got a few Truly seltzer's and Bud Lights ($9-10 each). If you are staying at Bay Lake Tower this is your pool bar so you don't have much of a choice especially with the Contemporary closed still. You can do better than this Disney.
