Place has great ambience n vibes. Started with classic mojito and they were good, nothing exceptional (3.5/5), could use some more sugarcane or a sugarcane stick to give more traditional feeling. Ordered empanadas and chicken wings for apps. Empanadas were top notch (5/5) and wings were nice n crispy. They were massive but still very good (4.5/5). We ordered Ropa veija and paella for dinner. Ropa was also very delicious, taste (4.5/5) was great but quantity (2/5) was lacking. For $30, I would expect more meat to be honest. Don’t charge me more $$ then go skimpy on the meat. Maduros n tostones were spot on too. Paella was good too and loaded with seafood(4.5/5). For 3 ppl, $280 is quite $$$ but this is in a tourist location so be ready to pay.If u r craving good Cuban food, this is a good spot. ??❤️⭐️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We had our wedding reception at this location. The restaurant has a lively and fun atmosphere for those Cuban enthusiasts. For our wedding vows at the Altamonte Chapel, I wore a traditional long wedding dress and for the reception I changed to a shorter 50s styled wedding dress which looks great next to the vintage Cuban cityscape on the second floor.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Vegetarian options: I cannot recall the exact vegetarian options. However my guests were very happy with all the options provided at the time.Dietary restrictions: We had vegetarian guests and they were pleased with the cuisine.Parking: There is plenty of parking available at the parking garage, however it is a bit of a walk from the garage to the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: All our kid guests loved the food, the music and the atmosphere. They had enough space to jump and dance during the reception.

we said why not. First time for the group having Cuban Food. I must say decor, vibes, atmosphere and feel of the place feel like you’re in the heart of Cuba.Close proximity to the Hyatt we were staying at was perfect, just a quick and easy walk. We went as a party of 6 and was seated in a quant corner. The food was amazing. I ordered Pollo Asado (a chicken dish), others orders the snapper, and Cuban roast pork. Mine was pared with mash and broccolini (I was skeptical of the mango gravy but was fantastic) other food was pared w/beans & rice and pared very well. They also brought out bread with the cinnamon butter to spread for the table.I really cannot recommend a better place it is well worth the cost and the waiter and staff was very attentive keeping drinking topped up and checking in on us.

A good atmosphere, but we expected 100% Cuban food and it was not like that, few things tasted like Cuban food, I ordered some fried pork dough and they brought it to me in a yellow sauce that no one knew what the sauce contained and they did not taste like pork fried, it can be much more than what it is a restaurant of excellence but they need it to be Cuban food not a mixture of North American food with Latin and Cuban names, the man who attended the terrace who served us with excellent attention that was worth it.

Went for brunch, which was solid. Plus really good value on bottomless mojitos. Great food, drinks, service, and atmosphere. Jordan was our server and was fantastic.

The food tastes good...but the portions are very small due to the high price of the dishes...I don't recommend it ?‍♀️

Very good food but was disappointed with their Mango butter, it had cinnamon, which they didn't state on the menu but the cinnamon overpowered the mango and the butter! Not a fan. Everything else was delicious and would happily go back.

Came in for lunch today for my wife's Birthday and the host said there a 20 minute wait to be seated. On the outside deck there was plenty of sitting for two, but the amateur girl taking the reservations said she had to sit a reservation for 25, which didn't make any sense. Any i will never come here. Plenty of seats for two.their lost not mine.

Decor, atmosphere and feel of the place set the tone for the night and makes me feel like I was sent straight to Cuba. Our waitress Sammy was delightful and kept the tone of the evening where I felt extremely relaxed. Normally I despise sitting a restaurant with a bunch of people. It always makes it seem like each person talks louder in a need to talk over one another. This was not the case here, even though the place is very open. Instead they used the decor and structures to keep it to a gentle roar at most. It was easy to still hear one another at the table of 4. Now to get on to what we all need to know about, the food was amazing. We ordered one of there large platters with steak, chicken, shrimp, sausage and lobster. While the lobster seemed out of place on the platter or at least it would be if you are looking for 100% authenticity. In the same breath I should tell you it was amazing and I suggest eating the lobster and shrimp first so it does not overcook on the hot skillet it is served on. The beans & rice pared very well with everything. The bread with the cinnamon butter to spread on it made a nice break to separate the bites of flavor. I really cannot recommend a better place it is well worth the cost to feel like you a flown to Havana and treated like a king!!!
