I haven't had a good experience at Culver's. The menu is a lot, you have to know how to order. The people i was with seem to enjoy it. For me, my food hasn't been what it expected. This time I ordered a bacon burger. However, I got no bacon, and they got the order wrong. Although it had all the "fixings," something was missing, I needed a sweetness like sweet pickles or ketchup.

Most ghetto Culver’s I’ve ever been to. Person through drive through rushed me and my food came out cold. My drink had no syrup in my coke or Pepsi. Everyone is rude here. Stay away.

Found this giant hair in my burger, probably ate another. Every part of the order was wrong and overcharged, soda overfilled and spilling everywhere, no napkins or spoon for chili. Pretty sure another time an employee stole my credit card number and tried to buy shoes across the street with it too.

I have been to this culvers over 10 times…. Last two times have been horrible.I ordered two ice creams…. And waited 20 minutes so I went up and the woman said it will be right out so I went back to sit down. The person ordering at the time when I went up received their food so went back again and this time they reacted. It seems they gave my order to someone else. I had to tell them what they did with my order for them to reactThey did not even say sorry or anything 30 minutes for ice cream lol what a joke

Their Double or Single Deluxe Butter Burger is hard to beat. When they say, “Welcome to Delicious,” they are not just advertising. I am stuck on this burger. I have not found a better burger at any of the fast burger places. The closest is McDonald’s quarter pounder deluxe, but it is a distant 2nd place to the Butter Burger. Try one and you will taste the difference.

Culvers had become my goto burger joint. This one meets same high standards have come to expect at a Culver's.A quick test is visit the bathroom (you do wash your hands before eating, right?). Spotless, so you know food prep area is also clean and employees are conscientious. Add quality ingredients and you have type of place I will visit repeatedly

Today we visited one of their restaurants, to be more specific 4591 Power Center Ln and the treatment was very inhumane since my 5 year old nephew diagnosed with type 3 autism and ADHD due to his conditions was restless and an employee or person in charge of the place He was scolding and comparing the child with other children and bothering about the child's behavior even after explaining the minor's diagnosis. This is an act of discrimination and what was a family day became a bitter pill to swallow. I want to take action on the matter. because no one messes with my child, I will go to the ultimate consequences and sue them if necessary, these treatments are not given to anyone, we need more empathy.

Today I came to dinner with my family and they have treated us in the worst way, my 5-year-old child who is diagnosed with type 3 autism and ADHD, they have come to scold us and although the child's condition was indicated to her, she began to compare the child with other children and indicated that my son's condition is not his problem, a family afternoon has become a bitter pill due to the discrimination and bad treatment we have received, which is why he made this report and we are willing to go to the last consequences, because there is something called “empathy” “respect” “kindness” and it is the least they gave us, this behavior is unacceptable, the employee has behaved as if she had some delay that does not allow her to understand the condition of a child, you lack empathy, you lack professionalism, you don't know how to treat human beings, then you are not in the right job, you might as well go to a lake to fish and whistle.Today I came to dinner with my family and they have treated us in the worst way, my 5-year-old child who is diagnosed with type 3 autism and ADHD, they have come to scold us and although the child's condition was indicated to her , she began to compare the child with other children and indicated that my son's condition is not his problem, a family afternoon has become a bitter pill due to the discrimination and bad treatment we have received, which is why he made this report and we are willing to go to the last consequences, because there is something called “empathy” “respect” “kindness” and it is the least they gave us, this behavior is unacceptable, the employee has behaved as if she had some delay that does not allow her to understand the condition of a child, you lack empathy, you lack professionalism, you don't know how to treat human beings, then you are not in the right job, you might as well go to a lake to fish and whistle.

First the cashier wasn’t very pleasant she didn’t smile. Order was taken correctly. We ordered two deluxe double cheese burgers. The hamburger patties were so thin they were tough. They weren’t even hot to melt the cheese. The buns were cold. Very disappointing. We didn’t send it back the place was to busy and we were starving. Walked by the same cashier and still no smile or how was your meal. Sad. We’ve had the fish much better will have it next time.

I work in the area so when I’m feeling for a burger or chicken tenders, Culver’s is always my first choice. The food itself tastes better than any of the other fast food joints around here. Always perfectly cooked and tasty. Also, there are great options for sides if you’re not feeling for fries, such as steamed broccoli or salad. The pricing is great, the wait time for the tasty food is more than reasonable, and the service is fantastic.Every time I come in or do curbside pick up, each Team Member is always friendly and considerate. Also bright star-kudos to the General Manager DJ who really takes ownership in what he does and leads by great example. It’s the first time in a long time I had multiple positive experiences at a place of service and dining.I also order through their website when I do to-go orders and it’s very easy to navigate and use.You want a good burger, shake, and fries? This is the place to be!Parking: If you order through the drive through, make sure to follow instructions from the Team Members where to park and wait for the food. Average wait time is approximately 5-10 minutes. Totally worth it!Wheelchair accessibility: Assigned parking and bathroom stall for wheelchair accessibility. Also easy to find booth areas for dining.

Culver's is probably b my favorite fast food place ever. The food is always so incredibly delicious and well made. It's fresh and not greasy yucky trash. It tastes like real food. And it's always delivered quick and hot. The atmosphere is so fun and i love all the characters and jokes and activities that come with the meals. Culver's is just absolutely goated. I can't believe they don't have this in Maryland i only had culver's when we moved down here ?

Not that impressed. Burger was tasteless and everything was cold. Only thing good was the ice cream. Every employee acted like they didn't like their job. Never saw a single employee smile.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ♿ accessible

The food is the best!!! Their burgers are super customizable with toppings. Everything is fresh. It's just a top-tier burger. The cheese curds are to die for, the best I've ever had. They are the true reason I keep coming back.
