This location has failed to include a sandwich in our order three times now. Although the manager proposed giving us a replacement sandwich, we turned it down for two reasons: firstly, we live 15 minutes away, and secondly, we had concerns about the integrity of the food under those circumstances. Despite my urging to avoid this place due to repeated errors with incomplete orders, my wife's fondness for their food has brought us back. However, I believe this incident will be our last. I expressed my concerns to the manager, emphasizing that the responsibility ultimately rests with them. The manager explained that the service issues stem from having school-aged employees and being short-staffed by three managers, which accounts for the decline in service quality. ?????? Additionally, when reaching out to their email customer service about the first mishap, they replied to my email but failed to follow up with a phone call as promised. Please, Culver's, refrain from replying to this review with a request for us to email you for further discussion. We've attempted that route already, and it has proven ineffective.

These burgers are delicious. The chicken sandwich is also very good. If you're looking for a really good burger, go to Culver's. I promise you won't be disappointed.
My new favorite place. Very good service, there was a confusion on our part with the language and they immediately called Ms. Cinthia who gave us excellent service and recommendation on the menu, the food is great!
Love the Cranberry bacon blue salad normally...however today it came with soggy, inedible cucumbers and grape tomatoes. Very disappointing as its usually very good.Edit per your request...I had to pick out all of the cucumbers and some of the tomatoes as they were old and slimy. It was surprising as this salad is usually great.

I absolutely love the Culver's bacon deluxe burger! If you love burgers that are not greesy and perfectly put together each time you order them, this is your spot!! Our daughter loves Culver's as well (chicken tenders for her) and the awesome thing is you can trade your coupon on the kid's meal bag for a free custard- I always go with the flavor of the day so she can try new things. Culvers seriously never let's us down- from their excellent customer service, to the hot food, to the atmosphere at this location! Thank you Culver's for being our family tradition for when we want burgers! ?

First time we used the app to order and pick up curbside. Waited 20+ minutes at curbside before going through the drive through to inquire as to the status of our meal. It was delivered through the drive through. The food was cold and the order was incomplete. They did not include the sauces or condiments that we requested in the order. Very disappointed at the lack of service from this Culvers location. Go elsewhere in the Lake Nona area. If you are really hungry for Culver's, then try a different location.
