We ordered ahead and it was normal busy. We were alerted that the food was ready online and guy at the expo station gave me a buzzer and said the food would be delivered to our table. Easy to understand because everyone around us got food on trays and closed Togo bags delivered by the food runner calling their name. I leave 2 stars because our food was cold. Not just a little late getting to us cold, it was cold like it had been sitting for 20 minutes. It was never delivered to our table, we had to go ask where our order was. It just sucks to listen to everyone around you enjoying warm food when you've been sitting there waiting only to get cold food. French fries really suck cold.Wheelchair accessibility: It was easy access for our daughter to enjoy her cold food.

I have been to D-Luxe Burger twice now and have had generally positive experiences both times.Disney Springs has very limited quick-service dining options, so we were pleased to find this option. The food is great with the fries being incredible.The restaurant is operated directly by Disney, but expect food lightyears better than similarly priced meals you'd find in the parks.The place has been very busy every time I've visited or walked by, and it probably needs more seating, but I guess it's a victim of success.The food came out pretty slow both visits. We waited 25 minutes for our order on the second visit, but the very nice manager refunded our entire order without us even having to ask for a make-good or compensation.
