Terrible customer service and not an inclusive environment. If you have allergies do not come here you will not be assisted. They would not give us any information on the ingredients in the pizza all they repeatedly said is “I don’t know” and didn’t put in any effort in trying to help us to make sure it was safe. As Sesame has become a top nine allergen it is definitely surprising that restaurants are not aware of what they are putting in their food and are putting people’s health at risk. Because of all this we did not end up eating here but I wanted to make others aware of my experience.
The cashier was talking to another employee in Spanish, so I started ordering in Spanish. She answered in English and I asked her in English if she didn’t know Spanish, which she obviously knew. Why she kept speaking in English then? I just completed my order in English and saw many people struggling to order, since she wouldn’t speak or answer to them in Spanish.The pizza was good.
