For about $10 you can indulge in the bright, fresh, refreshing flavors that remind you of summertime. The fruit is super fresh and tasty paired with the poppyseed dressing. I just can't get enough of it! And this was a take out plate by the way, so imagine dining in!

I can't say enough about the food here. Always super fresh always great portions, I love the sandwhich and salad combo you cannot beat the quality or price anywhere. My current fav is the summer salad and the turkey club, it cannot be beat. I can have 2 meals out of the combo and you wont go broke eating healthy here!

This has been my go-to salad place for years, but I never hear anybody talking about it. As a hidden gem, on the less popular side of the Waterford Lakes Towncenter, it is often fairly empty and quick. They have fresh, large salads for a reasonable price. It's assembled quickly in front of you like Subway or Chipotle. I personally like to do the tri combo and get a cup of soup, half salad, and half sandwich for the best bang for your buck. They have a lot of options to choose from, or you can build your own. They're also very flexible with switching out ingredients if you don't like something as well.

Is this the best salad I ever had? Maybe! The setup is like Chipotle with bins of fresh ingredients all lined up. They have a dozen or so salads on their menu or you can just freestyle it any way you like. They also have soups which I didn't try. The staff was super nice as well. Inside is a typical fast casual setup.I got the Greek salad with marinated grilled chicken. The thing was MASSIVE. The chicken was delicious on its own. Not dry. The salad was jam packed with all the greek salad ingredients. I couldn't finish it (I wanted a light lunch). And I think it was around $12 with the chicken. Totally worth it. This place is definitely going into the lunch rotation when I want something on the lighter side. Gotta eat them veggies!

Fun fact this place has been here for 16 years!! I'm obsessed. The food is always fresh and delicious when I order my usual summer salad. Service is fast as well. There is dine in and online ordering available to pick up your food. Theres several combo options like get a salad and a side- which I like, to try different items in a more cost efficient way! The only thing I would say is there is no ApplePay so make sure to have your card or cash on hand. If you want yummy salads definitely give them a try. I go at least once a week and have never had an issue with my orders.
The food is absolutely delicious but the service is SO SLOW!!!! I get the chicken club and for some reason it takes 15 minutes. The employees move like sloths. If the food wasn’t SO good I would not come back. Very annoying.

Yummy. Friendly staff who greet you as you walk in. I ordered the pick 2. Shanghai salad and the Tokyo chicken panini. They mix it fresh in front of you and you can customize. Salad was a nice portion with peanuts carrots wonton strips edamame mandarin oranges and spring mix with a peanut dressing. They ask if the dressing was on the side or mixed in and here or to go. I chose mixed and it was not over dressed. The chicken panini was chopped chicken with peanuts carrots and a peanut sauce. It was grilled but not real warm. I got what I think was a small bone but luckily did not crack my tooth. There are clean tables and keep the mixing bar very clean. There is music in the background but soft so you can talk to your company or just relax while you enjoy your lunch.

We wanted to try this place out because of the nice reviews but I will be the one to say do not waste your time or money here! The service was practically non-existent and the employee was extremely unwelcoming. They also asked us what our order was five times because they did not remember or care to write it down. Our food was fine but the mustard on our sandwich tasted sour. It was quite the let down.
