Food was OK. Got the smoked turkey...WAY too salty, as were the sides. Iced tea (should be a staple of BBQ places) was tasteless.Why does this location not show up on the Dickey's website?

This was a disappointing location. One of the worst meals in the area. We would tell my daughter this is what is for dinner is she didn’t behave, and she would act right immediately. It’s no surprise it is closed. Hopefully the something new will do better.

Terrible service. Rude! Lady which I think is the owner was upset I walked in and not placed the order on the website. Seems she was mad she was there alone.

This place stole my money.I placed an order through their official website and when I arrived at the store no one was inside. Completely closed. I emailed them to request a refund and they don't reply. I have called multiple times to try and speak with someone and they don't pick up the phone. The food is also mediocre for the price. Pulled pork is dry as could be so they drown it in sauce. The sides are terrible. The sausage is outrageously expensive. This establishment is like the McDonald's of smoke houses and costs more than 4Rivers. Save your time and money and get better food and service for less. I still want my money back.

GLASS IN GOODFirst time I ordered from this place, I loved it. Food was great and arrived promptly. However, my second experience was very much less than. I ordered three 3 meat plate/combo with Mac n cheese and spinach for my sides. Everything looked good, but I received green beans instead of the spinach I ordered. This didn't bother me much because I love green beans also, so I was not making a big deal of it. The huge disappointment came from when I went to eat the green beans and found a HUGE CHUNK OF GLASS in my green beans. I was in complete disbelief, and it almost felt intentional because it was so big, like how could they miss that and not see or feel the glass in there. Needless to say, I didn't feel safe to eat any of the so I threw it out and ordered from somewhere else. I will NEVER order from this place again. Be careful if you order from them.

Lillie, that waited on me was so accommodating and friendly I told her I would definitely be back.I had the pulled pork sandwich and it had so much meat on it, I took a little off. When I opened the bag (went thru drive through) there was a piece of pecan pie included, what a delicious surprise.Great customer service, something we don’t often receive these days.Parking: Crowded area, many stores in area

Went to watch my nephew 's karate practice and ended up finding my new go to BBQ place. I had the BBQ wings and fries, it was absolutely mind-blowing. Washed it down with some Dr. Pepper, knew I couldn't leave without trying the chopped brisket, order 1lb to go and had it for dinner with family. Great place.

Didn't realize there was a Dickey's here, there's been so much construction going on here i missed it. I haven't had Dickeys in years, I ordered the brisket, pork and the ribs, the ribs were falling off the bone so good!!!! The brisket was moist and very filling, the pork was the best I've had in very long time. I wish they had vegetarian options for my wife. The dinning room is very big and nice and cool, it was a nice break from the Florida heat.
I must say lily is amazing, she consistently greets me with a warm & welcoming smile & she goes the extra mile to ensure my order is correct. Her ribs & brisket are always mouth watering & highly recommended for others to indulge.

Stop by today after my pedicure and had the most delicious Brisket, Sausage and French Fries (cheat meal for the week) everything was wonderful and I met the lady at the front by the name of Lillie. She is so sweet and helpful. Will be back soon ....next week......

Excellent Service and great food. My family and I had a great evening being welcomed and served by Lily. She was so patient and welcoming, we felt at home and not at a restaurant. Having a tough week and being greeted with her nurturing presence was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Dickies Team!Kid-friendliness: My kids loved the family platter and baked beans. Every week, I have been coming, with my friend, to Dickey's BBQ in Lake Nona. The server, Mrs. Lily, has always been amazing and helpful! Her service alone is why we keep coming back! We now consider her a friend! The food is also excellent!
