I know how pizza places usually are with meat portions so I paid extra for double chicken on a custom pizza I made. When I received it and opened it there were maybe 1-2 pieces on each slice which did not warrant the up charge that I paid. When I brought this to the manager she said this is considered double meat despite seeing 1-2 pieces on each piece instead of 3-5 which should have been on it. If you plan to get Double meat prepare to get scammed. Will not be coming back.

This place needs new management.About 80% of the time, it's great. Sometimes, however, I've been told it would be 10-15 minutes and waited over 60-90 minutes for a pizza. This is unacceptable. A ticket 60+ minutes is honestly despicable.I understand that rushes happen, I can see them hustling like crazy, but good management could improve the team. Ignoring the phone and working harder isn't the solution. Get it together, turn off online ordering if you need to, and plan ahead.Twice I've ordered on a Saturday night and waited hours for my food. It doesn't take a data scientist to know this will happen again. A good manager could prepare and have a better team ready.I also wouldn't be nearly as upset if the app was more transparent about wait times. If I knew it would take that long, I wouldn't have bothered.

Used to be great. Always fast and on time. Now for about the last 6-9 months it's been slow. Wait time said estimated 30-40 minutes. Took well over an hour. Get more people to work or change the estimated time. Staff is friendly and does there job, but it's been awful lately

I usually don’t ever write reviews but you need to be warned about this place. I ordered one large pizza at 11pm online. the online website directed us to the “closest” dominoes there was to us. we kept track of it and it said it was ready by 11:30 and it would soon be delivered. We waited till 12 to call and they told us they only had one delivery driver for the whole saturday night but our pizza was next to be delivered. Anyways we waited 4 hours for our one pizza, we tried calling them to check they wouldn’t answer, we drove to the pizza place at 1 am they wouldn’t let us in said they were closed. This place has bad communication and isn’t a well run pizza place. when the driver called us he was just saying how far away we were and that he had to drive here and he would be there in 5 min. we waited another hour and a half to find out he got another dominoes to do it and told them the wrong address . we ended up waiting till 2:30 AM. and got no response and i called them and just told them to cancel it because we waited over 4 hours and they were not even in the same spot. there was no sincerity in any of the workers especially for having a customer wait almost a whole shift for one pizza and we even tried to go pick it up. i understand if they were short staffed but they should have communicated better and given us an honest ETA instead of saying “ oh yeah i should be there in 4 minutes” and having to wait another 2 and half hours. Ridiculous

Bro, I'm not one to leave any typa review, much less a bad one but golly man. They were horrible on the phone, confused and panicked, we waited an hour for the pizza to arrive, as we were handing the delivery guy the tip he asked us if we were going to tip?? And we finally got around to eating this "pizza". WHERE WAS THE SAUCE??? There was NO sauce. Pizza dough had so many air pockets I thought we ordered from the Lays Potato chip company. We ate it all, because we were as hungry as orphans. But never again. Don't eat from here unless you're baked because I know you don't care.

Our son is starting to attend UCF this year. Today is his first day on campus and since he is gluten intolerant looking for places to eat. He went to Domino's to order a gluten free pizza and the worker told him the are supposed to carry the gluten free crust but they just don't. Bad experience on day one of trying to be independent with his new diet restrictions. So lots of Google searches I sent him to blaze pizza where they were happy to accommodate him.
It was good. I ordered because I had to go to work. It's one of the closest places to work

When all seemed lost, this joint perfectly hand crafted the dough with angel tears, and harvested the greatest tomatoes with the most delicious beautiful cheese from that one goat that Zeus had. When I had to flush my goldfish I teared up, but eating a slice of this pizza, I cry everytime

I ordered 7 Pizzas and 3 sodas at 3:30. I asked for them to be delivered at 5:30. At 5:40 I call... They say they are on their way. I call at 6pm. Now they can't find my order. I have a $109 purchase on my card but they can't refund an order that doesn't exist. They say the GM will be in at 10. I call and call and call. No one is answering the phone. I feel like I am being scammed. Will never order from them again. At least answer the phone so I can figure out what to do!

I go here a lot and the service to me is usually good, as is the pizza. But I’ve had a couple experiences now where the people in the kitchen are unprofessional - as in yelling about doing coke (and not the carbonated kind!), joking about gross stuff, complaining about customers, etc. Not really a problem in itself, but it’s off-putting when it’s the people making your pizza. I’ll probably keep coming here because it’s pretty good, but service could definitely improve.
