Missed items in my order and Christine gave me an attitude over the phone. Don’t order from here, don’t bother from here. Excuses and a nasty attitude from staff. It’s a simple pizza you can go to the next place down the road and avoid a headache.

I was really upset with this establishment for the last year. The food was horrible for a long time. I used to order once a week. I stopped for a while. On accident I ordered there again by forgetting to switch my store location like I've been doin. But today, I got some food. And I also did a week ago. And the last 2 times were amazing the food was so fresh and better tasting. The Ingredients didn't taste old anymore like they have been. They even thanked me for comin when I picked up my pizza. The guy cleaning the windows was nice and made sure he said bye and thanks for coming if nobody else did in the establishment. Overall I'm impressed with the attempt on the turn around here as far as service and quality goes. Went from hating this location to now loving it again. Just being honest

Called the restaurant to place a pick up order an hour n 30 before closing about 4 times no response, the guy picked up one time I asked to make sure it’s the right location he said this east colonial the address put me on hold again after being on hold for 30 mins.. downloaded the app tried to place an order at 11:30 when they close at 12 since they never answered. The order went thru my boyfriend went to pick it up, walked in they were immediately rude and said they were closed when they were still open for 30 minutes whilst eating food. Completely and utter laziness can see why they are hiring for new people.

For chain pizza that's about the best you're going to get personally I hate Papa John's because it tastes kind of bland that said I kind of grew up in mom and pop shops so this whole chain Pizza Joint thing and still be new to me but if I had to choose one especially the one in Domino's college

Unfortunately the delivery time was extended beyond a reasonable amount of time. The staff did not communicate, or offered to make things right. An estimated 50-60 minutes delivery time turned into almost 2 hours before I finally decided to cancel the order altogether. When scheduling an order for pick-up, this location is great! I wish they could carry that quality throughout their delivery service as well.

Don't go to this Domino's if you're expecting to dine in. I ordered a pizza and proceeded to immediately eat it inside and the whole entire staff started yelling at me to get out. But I would not leave until I devoured my entire pizza. They continued to yell and continued to eat. The moral of this story is; that is bad customer service.
My order sat in queue for 40 minutes before it was cancelled. Happened twice before. If you aren’t willing to take orders late at night, close early.

This location is always prompt, even when drivers have other deliveries. Misty was friendly tonight. I really should have given a review before now, because it's been consistently great every time. Even topping distribution, always cooked well, crust is always well-seasoned.I have no idea how this location has a bad-ish rating. The location on Forsyth is so much worse.
