Today, March 25, 2024, at 07:50 AM, as a customer, I experienced firsthand the shortage of staff, resulting in incomplete or mixed-up orders. This situation does not reflect a lack of professionalism, but rather the burden placed on employees due to understaffing. I acknowledge and appreciate the effort of the workers who were on duty today, deserving the highest rating for their demonstrated dedication. On the other hand, I assign a negative evaluation to the management and those employees who did not show commitment during their shift.

Very very unprofessional service. Came for breakfast on Tuesday and they were out of croissants, avocado toast and hash browns. What we order then. Ask for double toast bagel and came as not toasted at all…. We better go to Starbucks instead..
