PLEASE do not go here. Every single item in my order is wrong. I’ve tried a few different times and each time the food is terrible. Go down the road to the other Dunkin location if you want anything decent. Close this location immediately.

Hate to complain but 3 out of 3 bad experiences made me do it.First issue: about a month ago I ordered a mobile order; get to the store, no order and no customers there. Worker has an attitude and slowly makes it once I arrive.Second issue: walk in yesterday and no one is working even though the store is supposed to be open. Wait for a few minutes, then give up.Third issue: do a mobile order even though I have a feeling I'll regret it. I do. I arrive to the store as a customer is arriving. I walk up the pick up area and don't see my drink. I wait for five minutes as the worker is chit chatting with the customer and goes to make him order. She finally acknowledges me and says she'll make my drink. She doesn't. I wait another two minutes and then ask her if I can cancel the order as I need to get to work. She immediately snaps back to do it on the app and she's only one person working even though there is no line and there was no customers before the current customer had ordered.Will not be going back to this Dunkin.

unfortunately many companies have to close due to poor administration or lack of professionalism of their employees. I tried to buy a coffee at 3:40 pm in this place and the only employee was having a social life with a client friend and after waiting more than 5 minutes she would attend me; she told me that it was closed because she was going to clean ?\u200d♀️omg. If the service is going to be so bad, then it should definitely close and not ruin the service of these stores anymore

Disgusting. Stopped to buy donuts on my way out of BJ’s. They have a fan coated with layers of dust and it is pointing at the donuts. If the fan is that bad, what does the kitchen look like? I will never purchase from this location again.
