Prices have gone up but the quality has not. Stale overcooked sandwiches and bagels.Contacted customer service about $9 of food (chorizo melt and bagel bites) being too stale to eat and got a generic brush off email that I would be contacted.Narrator: He was not contacted.Go to Wawa, better food and friendlier staff.
This Store near my house. I like this Store, it's clean and staff are friendly.The waiter didn't pay attention to my order and gave me wrong food.Vegetarian options: Dunkin should provide more Vegan friendly dishes without garlic and onion. This will gain more customers who are vegan/vegetarian. Dunkin used to selling vegan 'egg' sandwich.
