I went in with my toddler yesterday around noon and the guy that was there (I believe his name was Alvin) was all by himself. He managed to get everyone’s orders fast and was very kind and apologetic about the wait. Thank you for the great service!

Literal Trash , idk if it was done on Purpose but they gave me the opposite of what I ordered how the heck do you mess up 3 lil munchkins I asked for a regular plain :/ I just threw my whole order out! Make sure you check your order before you leave. They’ll gladly smile in your face knowing they messed up.

Paid online at 2:00pm I asked for a 2:30pm pick up when I come in Mariel tells me the oven is turned off they close at 4pm why is the oven turned off at 2 Christopher review isn’t accurate this location doesn’t have a drive thrun

Place is terrible. They close early. The customers seem like they don’t even want to work there. Very slow. They just don’t care. Everyday it’s same thing. Always on their phone.
Went through drive through and took 20+ minutes to get a coffee. Ordered a flavored latte with almond milk. I received just whole milk and flavoring ( a LOT of flavoring)! No coffee, espresso, nothing just pure sugar milk. Threw it away!

the “manager” there barely speaks English , they have no donuts at all , the place gave an alarming smell of garbage from the DRIVE THRU, the whole time my window needed to be up , I have been there two times and all I wanted was a blueberry donut and the manager had no idea what I was speaking of. She does not believe in whip cream , at all , who gets a frozen coffee without whip cream…

Leaving one star since I can't leave zero! This place has the horrible and the staff is very not friendly in the least! We were yelled at twice at the speaker and again at the window and told to just pull up even though there were no other cars before at after us! Now I know why...don't waist your time or money!

I had a wonderful experience with Shantay and Neisha, they helped me coordinate a catered breakfast for my 2 day company event. The donuts and muffins were fresh and the coffee was a hit. They called me ahead of time to let me know things were on time and ready for pick up. These ladies were organized and on top of it. We would use their catering services again!
