Specifically asked for decaf was given a caffeinated drink. I don’t survive on caffeine like majority Americans, so not used to it. Heart was racing, beating out of my chest, felt like I was dying. I haven’t slept in the past 42 hours. Circadian rhythm messed me up. I can’t be too upset although because they also messed up my order again by giving me a free donut. Waited about 7 minutes for her to open drive-thru window. I’m looking at the positive tho.
On the way to the airport, this dunkin' Donuts was open, and the crew working worked fast and were cool. They got my order right, and we're working with great attitudes. Great location. Keep up the good work. The kiosk slowed me down since I couldn't find the scanner, but one of the employees showed me how to use it. Thank you, dunkin
