Short staffed and slow, messed up my order twice they need help

This location is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to! I took their survey and I got a response from corporate saying that someone from the store would contact me within two business days. That didn’t happen so I wrote back to corporate and said no one contacted me. Please contact me again. Again, five days later, no one contacted me. The service was terrible, the girl behind the counter, never smiled, or spoke, or even greeted me alone, when I said hello. My order was wrong, and the coffee that I ordered tasted like it was from the bottom of the pot. I have never been so insulted that they charged me for this. Also, I asked for a senior discount and on my eight dollar order they gave me a one percent discount, which came out to eight cents! That was an insult into itself. Please do not patronize this Dunkin’ Donuts, as I am telling all of my friends to not go there either. It is the worst!

I did a drive-thru order. When I opened the bag there was a roach in it. Nasty. Having a Dunkin Donuts so close to home is great but, now I don’t trust my family and I eating there anymore. Be warned.

I don't have anything positive to say. The order was not correctly put in. The sandwiches were burned (literally on the top) and they tried to tell me that's how they always are. They did not have any substitutions.And not to mention the attitude of the staff was overall negative. There was no service. No offering of replacement. I wasted a good amount of time there for no reason by the end.I get that you might not have things in stock or you make a human error, but that's when you have a chance to provide good customer service. Whether that's fixing the order, apologize (which didn't happen either), show empathy. None of this was present. Then to try and tell us that the food normally comes out burnt from the oven?

On 1/24/2024 I was in a great mood went over to my favorite dunkins which WAS “ this place, only to find that they hired a ratchet worker in drive through with no morals, no education and very disrespectful, presently working there. She was VERY rude!!! to me and my husband, VERY Disrespectful! I was rude back cause who is she to be speaking faithful customers this way! I preceded to explain to the other employee what she did and she took her side even threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t leave! This is outrageous I’ve never been treated like this anywhere, You just lost a very good customer today, I use to come here every morning, The manager probably doesn’t care about this review and nothing will be done, but hey I just had to leave my review on here. Treat customers better, we are not buying for free.

There was only one person working on MLK weekend, handling all drive thru, mobile and walk-in orders. She was very nice but incredibly poor management. It took over 20 minutes to get my coffee and the doors were locked so people couldn’t walk in.

Horrible service, second time they burned my bagel and today I couldn’t even pay for my food because they don’t take $50 dollar bills, there’s no sign at the drive thru, when you are ordering, when my order was around $15, the change was supposed to be around $35, they said because they don’t have enough money, how they don’t have $35? When they been selling early in the morning.After this I rather spend my money some where else.
Employee saw me parked while she was on the phone. She decided to still go outside and continue with her conversation. Waited 7 mins , i also looked for her to see if she would come in but nothing. Aaron had to come from his drive thru duty to also help me because she never came back in. Thanks to Aaron i didnt walked out with my

I go to this dunking almost every morning I will give a 5 star on everything but I can’t when I go and 2 employees are not there my order always come wrong and nasty but when they have working 2 fouls I forget they name they are super nice and respectful and always making sure the order are perfect one have red hair and the other one black short but if they not there I dont go my 5 star to only they Custumer service
I ordered breakfast I had loaded hash browns they were ice cold.i then ordered a bagel that was burnt horrible food .im I’m so much stomach pain I would be surprised if I got food
