Didn’t even get a drink because the lady was so rude. Seemed like she didn’t even want to take my order. Not sure why someone with such an attitude is working in customer service. When I asked questions about a drink she acted like I was stupid. What a joke. I’ll be going to the other Dunkin from now on. No one deserves to be treated like that.

The Staff was rude, giving me an attitude and being impatient, treating me like i'm dumb, I heard an order being called out, All I did was ask the employee to confirm if this is my order she called out and her response is " I already called it out, figure it out". Only positive thing is the food and coffee wasn't bad.

Stopped in with some friends about a month ago, two employees working; both were pretty short and cold. I was looking at the menu my friends kids (under 5 yrs old) had to use the restroom and they very directly told us we had to purchase something if we were to use the restroom - it was obvious that was our intent. I ordered a large triple shot espresso and it was terrible and cold.

I give two stars because I come often, and there’s a woman who’s always on her talking to someone and when I get my coffee, it’s either room temp or not made with love at all. And I really love coffee so it’s a bummer.There is a younger smaller women who works there and my coffee that morning was delicious and hot.

I came here to get a drink, never been to Dunkin before. I first walked in, and there was nobody at the counter for approximately three minutes until I screamed. Hello, then a girl came from the back casually walking with her hands in her pocket and just looked at me, I said oh I didn't know anyone was here and she proceeded to just look at me so I said how are you doing and she replies what can I do for you? I then looked at her and said I'm not even gonna spend my money here you don't smile or greet anyone and then I had to get your attention, no customer service this girl seems like she doesn't even want to work there or make Dunkin look good November 12 3:35 PM

Absolutely worse Dunkin Donuts in all of Orlando due to a new manager (didn’t get her name) who replaced August (sweetest bestest dunking employee ever) she has an attitude problem and refused to make me my food after a miscommunication on her end.From the moment I set foot in the establishment I was greeted with attitude and disrespect.She needs to be fired or relocated or some sort of retaliation is needed because this person should not be working there.I’m afraid to drink my coffee she made me because she is the type to spit in your drink. DO NOT COME HERE MANAGER IS A DISRESPECTFUL BRAT

Absolutely terrible Dunkin. Last time I went got a cookie butter cold brew. And just straight up got a normal black cold brew when I asked to replace with the right one got lip for it. Now for a toasted white chocolate latte and it's straight up a normal latte.

Oh my God, I had the worst customer service rep experience EVER at a DD at the location on 486 N. Orange Ave across Orange County courthouse. DD executives need to pose as a customer and observe this Ms. Towanda in all her nastiness glory. She yelled at customers and not one said anything back to her while I sat there eating what I purchased. I was floored as I have never seen this type of behavior ever!!! She needs to be replaced with someone with customer service skills immediately or be retrained (which I doubt retraining would do anything about her unprofessional attitude). I will never visit that location ever. It was my first time and my last!!! ?

The 2 women that were working here today have to be the rudest people I have encountered in FL. I just moved here from Massachusetts And it being a MA based business this location should be ashamed. All I wanted was to use the restroom after I ordered my coffee on the app. The lady said that I had to be a paying customer. I told her I ordered on the app and showed her. She then told me I had to wait for her to unlock it while she walked away towards the back. I told her she was rude and walked out. I will never return to this location. They need to be taught customer service skills.

Went in to grab a coffee, the lady was mean. I noticed that the lady was in a poor mood when I walked in and I tried my best to be nice, considering it could have been a bad day for her. When I ordered I asked for a certain milk. I noticed that the lady was making the drink with a different milk than I asked. When I pointed it out to the lady, she began to yell at me, telling me that that is not what I told her, meanwhile the person that I was with heard me order and said that they heard me as well and the lady was incorrect. The lady tossed the drink out and was talking angrily out loud. It was uncomfortable. All in all, very poor experience, wanted to leave but paid already. Will not use this location again.

I understand that being on a busy street and right across the street from the courthouse that there is a reason why the bathroom doors are locked. When I walk in and tell you that I will buy something but I absolutely need to use the restroom, that is not me giving you an attitude. I had every intention of buying something after I was done, and I did. I feel like there is a better way to handle this situation.
