I decided to give Dunkin a try since it’s been a long time and I put in a personal DoorDash order so I could just pick it up really quick and I went to the window because the lady on the mic told us to pull around after we gave her our order name and then when we got up there a minute later the manager comes up to the window behind the girl stating we should have came inside for door dash and I actually am a door dasher so I know exactly how it works but for a personal order I was never told to come inside because that defeats the purpose . She completely went out of her way to say that when she could have just handed me the food I ordered respectfully. I went inside since it was SOOOO IMPORTANT that I did . I waited and observed that the manager was super rude to her sweet employee Christina and that poor woman does not get paid enough to deal with her managers nasty attitude and they weren’t even busy , because I would never allow anyone to talk to me the way she was . A grown woman being talked to like a child when she was simply trying to give good hospitality. Never going back

I was shocked that they charged 50¢ for the water cup.. The muffins have gone up in price.. I got the Double Chocolate..It was quite delicious.. Even the senior small coffee price has gone up.. So much for that idea next time! I will just bring my own. The young man was friendly..
Betsy always makes my drinks with such love & knows how to make a meannnn coffee!! Not only is she a great barista, she’s also extremely friendly and never fails to put a smile on my face :-) 10/10 love Betsy and love Dunkin <3

Dunkin Donuts 7700 block of E.Colonial by Sam’s Club. Your trash can is full. Clean up this establishment. I stood by myself at the counter and you had four people working there without anyone acknowledging my presence. No one should waste there money at a place where the standards are so low.
