This is the quickest most efficient Dunkin I have experienced anywhere in the Orlando area. I really appreciate how quickly they get the order in and out. They should be the model of quality for all Dunkin’s. Good job guys!!!! We appreciate you!!!

Decided to come here last weekend for a coffee and a half a dozen. I have never received worse service before at a Dunkin'. The employee was rather rude about handing my coffee, did not acknowledge me and just shoved the coffee closer to me. The coffee I had received was also wrong, I ordered a hot latte and received an iced. After politely informing them, they did fix it quickly at least. But, after going home, my half a dozen had 2 donuts I did not want. Will not be returning.

I am a long-time customer and fan of Dunkin'. In fact, I have been coming to Dunkin' as far back as when they were called Dunkin' Donuts, lol. Regardless of what you want to call this iconic business, you really cannot go wrong.Dunkin' has grown considerably since Bill Rosenberg opened the first location in Quincy, Massachusetts back in 1950. The company has since expanded to somewhere around thirteen thousand locations in over forty countries. I would say that Dunkin' is best known for their donuts (though if you would like, you can spell it doughnuts) and coffee, though my go-to here is neither. My usual order at a Dunkin' is probably their bagels with cream cheese. While I would never say that Dunkin' has the best bagels with cream cheese (I grew up in New Jersey and I know great bagels), they are pretty good, especially when you consider that the bagels are coming from a global chain.I have often used Dunkin' (or if you prefer, Dunkin' Donuts) as a co-conspirator in bringing a culinary bribe of coffee and donuts to early morning meetings. There is nothing like some coffee and donuts to help inspire a bit more attention and maybe the wisp of a smile upon the tired faces of the various teams that I am meeting with.Whatever you choose to go with, you cannot go wrong with anything that you order at Dunkin'. Overall, I will give this location five stars and they definitely have my recommendation.

Coffee is never great and the service is worse. Payment method didn't work, so we got waved and called back in just to escalate an irrelevant argument about whether our bad review should result in refusal of service, and even attempting to involve other innocent customers. Mia and coworker, who refused to give her name, were rude to the point of not bothering with this store ever again.

Just lost two regular customers for good due to the employees Miah and whoever the other woman that was working with Miah during the closing shift on the date of this review. The other woman that ran in the back yelling and refused to give me her name was the instigator of the issue. The audacity they had to wave me back in the store after I was pulling away only to create an issue out of nothing and to say they deny me service. They really should be fired for their inability to control their emotions. They really are a danger to this Dunkin location.

Here’s yet again another bad review. I’ve left another one or two reviews but The owner doesn’t really seem to care about their reviews because this place sucks. This morning I go in and I like a certain donut. A customer orders 2 dozen random and the employee goes after the ones I want. She takes one and I nicely ask if she can leave the rest for me. She turns and gives me a scowl. Meanwhile she’s grabbing the customers donuts and taking the frosting off the tops of them. Just like in my picture below. It seems like the people who work there hate their jobs. The other girl that helped me at least tried not to smudge the donuts after I said something but she went to give me a Boston cream that look like someone stuck their fingers in the top. I really hate the service here but unfortunately there’s no other Dunkin nearby. If I go to another donut place, they are kind and the presentation is far superior to this place. If you’re in the area. I recommend you go to another location or check out krispy crème by millennia mall.
