Ordered online and gave them 15 minutes at least to get our order done. When we got there our order wasn’t ready and wasn’t even started. I ordered a dozen of assorted donuts and we were given 12 strawberry glazed and a powdered donut. My toast was cold. Our friends also ordered and they were not given their sandwich and half their food wasn’t available. Don’t recommend this location at all.

First time there, and a few ladies were working.. they could not have been NICER. My only regret is not getting their names. It was Wed 6 March 2024 (yesterday). The one girl, who was leaving at 2:00 that day (very long pretty eyelashes) was especially lovely! I hope she, and all of them, are appreciated! Good coffee too!

Basically I am just about to copy and paste everything that these other reviews have expressed, but if you’re in the mood for a fun story, please read on.My extended family and I came to this Dunkin for a quick breakfast to end the weekend, and decided that our order would be too large to bother the employees by attempting to give it vocally, so we used the quick kiosk in front of the store to make it easier on them. We placed an order for quite a few drinks, a half dozen of the brownie batter donuts, a few croissant stuffers, and a lightly toasted bagel (ironically pictured below). We received all of our food, drinks, and then had our name loudly called in an irritated tone by one of the employees at the front who pettily announced to the entire store “WHEN YOU ORDER AT THE KIOSK, YOU NEED TO COME CHECK THE COUNTER TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE THE DONUTS”. Since the counter was swarmed, we hadn’t looked, and there was no sign to instruct us to do so otherwise. I went up to the counter with my mother, and discussed with her what donuts we’d like instead of the brownie batter, but was interrupted by the aforementioned employee who said in the same annoyed tone, loudly to my face, the spiel about coming to the counter and they were completely out of the brownie batter by 0915. We kindly chose 5 of the Cupids Choice donuts instead, but kept the box unopened at the edge of the table while we ate the rest of our barely edible, charred meals. Two other girls walked in and ordered the same brownie batter donuts, but were not met with any attitude, and were told nicely that they were all out. Less than 5 minutes later, a full tray of the BB donuts came out, and another woman, I assume the manager, immediately offered them to the other girls. My mom stood up and asked if we would be able to exchange the donuts that we hadn’t touched or even breathed on, since we were originally told there were NO other BB donuts in the building. The manager put her finger up to my mother, and pushed the original box of donuts out of the way, and said “once they cross the counter, we’re not taking them back”. My mom explained the fact, we were told one thing which did not end up being true, and if they had said there were more BB donuts in the back being prepared, we would’ve patiently waited. The woman immediately started raising her voice at my mother and pushed the box forcefully back at her. My brother-in-law then went to her defense, and calmly explained the situation including the original attitude given by the first employee, who then immediately snapped and loudly began to berate him before her manager, in an incredibly smart move, told her to stop talking. In an attempt to just end the entire encounter, the manager grabbed the box angrily, threw it away, grabbed a new box, and manhandled the replacement donuts before basically throwing the box back at my brother in law. Not to mention, the first employee who originally had a horrible attitude, was cussing and grumbling at us as we grabbed our stuff and walked out.Customer service is a foreign land completely unknown to our world and it’s a shame. Please, go to any of other million Dunkin’ locations around Orlando.

Wouldn’t allow me to buy a half a dozen with my dozen and their reason? Just because! Never been told I’m not allowed to buy something “just because”

Food was cold, smaller portions than other locations the order was incorrect, and cashiers had attitude. Would not recommend.

I walked in wanting to make a large order for my job- the employee literally had to worst attitude and immediately said no as she was laughing at me. I then ordered my two drinks and I thought she was still making them so I was standing there like an idiot waiting for them and noticed they had been sitting there ready she literally just didn't tell me anything AS she sees me standing there. This is the first and last time I ever come here.

Toxic environment and horrifying food. Manager and employees yelling at each other angrily, all food burnt, and customer service was beyond the pale. If you choose to enter these doors after reading this, the result is on you. Trust me, eat somewhere else, ANYWHERE else.

The services was okay . But I’ve had the same order in different Dunkin’s and they’ve always given me what I’ve expected .This time I asked for the same thing but they didn’t put enough cream cheese . I asked for more cream cheese because my bagel barely had any they said I had to pay .I had to pay for more cream cheese which is almost $2

Depending on who is make breakfast sandwiches they could be good or could be a brick. Don't pay for extra bacon because you won't get it. And they will not make things right if you complain. Most of the staff is great

Saddest Dunkin in the area, never have enough donuts (telling people "no, you can't get a dozen donuts without a special order the day before!").Staff tends to be "over it". Check out the other locations near by and save the frustration.

Went on a Sunday morning. Ordered via kiosk as the app wasn't working for us for some reason. Only 2 employees and it got busy after we arrived. We got our coffees and were waiting for quite some time for our sandwiches and donut, when I realized that other people who came in after us were getting their things and leaving. I inquired where our sandwiches were, and apparently after delivering our coffees to the pickup area, they just closed out our order and never fixed our sandwiches. The one pastry we ordered and wanted (an apple fritter), well they had none so we had to get something else. Overall terrible experience; we will not be back.
