Joceyln is an absolute credit to your store. I visited today with my son and she made him feel so special, giving him a complimentary donut which he loved. Around 1 p.m., on a Sunday, I visited this Dunkin Donuts to get 2 donuts. Not busy at all, when I arrived there was only 1 person in front of me and no one behind me. Once I got to the ordering menu, the person on the speaker asked me (which the speaker wasn't working well, so I barely heard their question) if I'd be paying in cash, card, or mobile app. I got a dunkin' Donuts gift card a while back and wanted to use it, and I put it on the mobile app, so I said, "Mobile App." They said "one moment, please." I then waited 15 minutes in said place (still no one behind me), and no one ever returned to take my order. I spoke into the microphone to ask if anyone was there. No response. I drove home afterward. This is, unfortunately, just one bad experience, but even a simple, "Hello, I'm sorry for the wait, we will be with you shortly," would've been appreciated. But I was forgotten and I was very upset.

Apart that the lady didn’t know how to place the order and they only have 1 self order table food was not correct but I didn’t return they lady had the dignity to ask for TIPS TIPS i have never had anyone ask me for tips specially if you are just taking a order you are not bringing food to a table or else TIPS are not obliged in this type of fast food i gave her $2 but i believe is unprofessional you not getting pay enough i get it been there done that move to another job simple you want to work for TIPS you got other choice like TGI FRIDAY, LONG HORN stuff like that

Wonderful as usual staff was friendly thanks Guys you got me through my Megacon Convention even though I had to come back in for the coffee I apparently really needed haha.. picture me eating the Bavarian cream vday Donut at the Convention ty helped me a lot haha

Atmosphere was normal for a Dunkin. I had a sausage egg and cheese bagel. This bagel was the tiniest of bagels. You'd think this was a coincidence, but we went here three days in a row, and each time, it was the same tiny bagel... no hole in the middle and about 2.5 to 3 inches in diameter. Our first day here there we walked in and were directed to use the kiosk to order. I ordered an Americano, a sausage egg and cheese bagel, and an apple fritter. The guy behind the counter said they didn't have any apple Fritters and chastised me for not checking to see what was available before ordering. How about removing it from the menu when you're out of product so that it can't be mistakenly ordered. Or how about not directing people to a kiosk to where their back is turned to the counter and then blaming them in that they should've checked their inventory before ordering. The mobile ap also had the apple fritter available to order, meaning that you can order it before even showing up to check the inventory... To continue, he was visibly upset, slamming the cash register drawer and punching buttons and projecting his arm at me when handing me the receipt when he had to return the money for the purchase. Anyway, that guy was very rude and doesn't have good customer service skills.
