Worst service worst hours, they use to have nice employees now their staff sucks and they’re rude. I pulled up to the front the door was locked on a Saturday night 7:30 to be exact then went to drive thru and the lady said they were closed, I said how? If your hours are till 8. She didn’t explain no nothing and looked at me like crazy no consideration for customers. If this is the case y’all need to close down permanently and make Starbucks there cause clearly the Dunkin staff are miserable each time I go.

Today is the 5th time I had to leave and drive to either Starbucks or the other Dunkin’s 10 minutes away. This location needs to train their employees better , they either don’t know how to make your order , don’t have it , or take 20 minutes to answer you on the drive thru. Take notes from the nearby Orange Ave location. This is the most convenient location for me so I try to keep giving it a try only to be disappointed each and every time.

Here's the scenario... Three cars at the takeout window, myself and another customer walk in the front door to an empty floor. I let him go ahead of me he had pre-ordered coffee and donuts for his office it was not ready he had to wait 15 minutes for them to make fresh coffee, and put together the package and gather the cups napkins etc. There were two people that were in the front ...a gentleman and a female. The main customer register was locked and they both did not know how to unlock it so they had to use the register for the takeout window,which was very inconvenient. The facility was clean looking ,but if you look at the borders of the floors... they're jammed with crumbs gross. I ordered a simple latte and two donuts The gentleman did not know how to enter it into the computer cuz I wanted a sweet and low due to the fact that I'm a diabetic, he had to wait for her She didn't know how to do it either. ... 14 minutes have gone by already waiting. After another 6 minutes while they're trying to help the customer that had food that was supposed to be ready for them for their office (who looks at me and rolls his eyes and I do the same by the way lol} and another 5 minutes for them to make my drink and my donuts weren't ready for what unknown reason.... I could see that they were very overwhelmed and looked dumbfounded., so I went and sat down at a table and told him I'll wait for them to put the donuts in the bag ...they looked overwhelmed during this time. a customer that was in the line in the car lane, outside decided to park and come inside,because he felt it was taking too long for them to service the cars and he thought he would get faster service inside..... he was sorely wrong, and I could see the frustration in his face as he was waiting while nobody served him just standing there. lol I'm sitting waiting for my donuts... waiting..... waiting ...7 minutes 9 minutes and the one male yells to me... your donuts have been sitting here waiting for you... I felt like yelling back to him.. well thank you for one of you telling me that they were ready and waiting there for me., but I didn't ..I grabbed my donuts and I left.... piss poor service and severely needed training ...it was like one didn't know what the other one was doing... hopefully that can improve.

Very poor service, was out of half their menu yet it was not reflected in their app when ordering a mobile order and waited 20 minutes for an online order that was ordered 5 minutes prior to arriving to the store.
Sometimes they mess something up in your order but usually it's not that big of a deal, don't care about presentation only taste, and the food tastes really damn good ngl ?

The Service is always excellent and they always help you,when you are ordering and the food is always fresh, and the Donuts are fresh and excellent and the croissants with egg and cheese and sausage are always fresh and tasty and to top off with orange juice for Breakfast.when I go in there, the Service is excellent and they go out of the way to help you and the customer service is great.???
