The worst I’ve ever been too. The manager or owner is so rude. Won’t take my order even though I was the only one inside. I had to order on the kiosk. If I knew that, I would have just stayed in the drive through. Nothing came out right. Then she argued with me about my order. I just said cancel the whole thing and then she was willing to at least give me the correct items I ordered. The bacon egg and cheese croissant was subpar and had Swiss on it instead of the regular cheese. My friend had told me never to go to that one and I know why.

Me and my husband love the car wash next door . So while running our Sunday errands ,we walked on over to this location while our car was getting worked on.It was a little busy , only two women working , drive through seemed slammed . They didn’t acknowledge us for 20 minutes, my husband understood they were busy and understaffed but they kept taking drive through orders and not even a hello. We left and they immediately took the lady after us , we weren’t upset but didn’t want to add to their plate .We went back to the car wash and 30 minutes later because my husband was really craving a cold brew with sweet cold foam . Only 1 car in the drive through and no one inside. We waited an additional 10 minutes while both employees were “working” , not acknowledging us. My husband and me were shocked . Not a hello , hold on, give me a second. not even a smile.The second time we left disappointed, upset, without a coffee or doughnut in hand . we kicked our coffee craving to the side because of the horrible customer service. This location needs to hire more people and train on basic customer service skills.Luckily on our way home Starbucks was on the way and greeted us upon arrival .

I'm amazed at how rude the staff were at this location. I stood behind the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone just to make eye contact with me. And once they did their first words were "one minute". The staff spent their time complaining about how they have to work here and how they're not gonna stay any longer than what they were scheduled. So awkward! I felt like I was bothering them just by being there. I decided just to go to Starbucks and call it a day.

Waiting time inside and ouside, i ask for hot pumpkin spice signature latte and i received a really cold, and testing is really bad, like old coffe or onions, not answer the phone wen yo call, they dont have cuallity control.

Put in a mobile order 20 minutes in advance and it wasn’t ready when I arrived. They prepared it and still forgot items and had to ask me what I ordered. Would’ve been quicker if I just ordered in the drive thru. Place was completely empty too. Obviously needs work on how to fulfill mobile orders.
