Let's start to say that Troy and Omar have such a graceful customer service skills. My wife, four daughters and myself had a nice experience here. They talked to us about the ice cream flavors, gave us suggestions, and helped us decide which ice to try. I will definitely come back to this location.
Dunkin’ Donuts are usually very low staff, I understand the wait, but Naila was honestly very flexible and super kind. It looked like she was the only one working, but she was WORKIN HONEY! You guys definitely needs to promote her or give her a raise

Ordered donuts and iced coffee. Donuts were grate, But the coffee was horrible it did not even taste like coffee it’s tasted like water, We told the workers it tasted like water, gave it back and apparently “Remade it” once they gave the “new” one it taste exactly the same, like water. We did not complain for the second one to not cause trouble.
