If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Edoboy is my go to place for an amazing and unique sushi dining experience. I have celebrated bachelorettes, birthdays and solo nights here and enough cannot be said for the level of service the chefs and staff offer every single patron. The intimacy of the venue and the limit of the time and size of parties is perfect for this experience. If you want you can enjoy on your own or engage with the parties around you quite easily. The quality and preparation of the sushi is exceptional every time I visit.Try everything on the menu at least once, as I have, it will expand your sushi vocabulary. And if you have any room, do not skip the miso soup and dessert. The matcha s’more is incredible if it is still available. Also, you cannot beat the price for the experience, it’s not cheap at all, but I will dare to say it’s on the level of some Omakase experiences but at a better value.

One of the best sushi I've ever had - great quality of fish, incredible taste experiences, almost artistic creations.

I didn’t know a week consisted of 8 days. So when we say the books open for the WEEK Monday at noon it should be Monday to Sunday. Because 7 days is a week, no? How is next Monday already booked when reservations for the week don’t open until Monday at noon? Make that math make sense.

Everyone just stands around the bar to eat. Had high hopes, but won't be going back. Not a wide variety, but for the price, it's alright for a quick bite. Got the basic 8-piece set, covers most nigiri options. My friend went for the fancier version, felt like a deluxe upgrade with lots of toppings. Sweet shrimp and scallop were tasty and fresh. Some nigiri could use more seasoning to balance the fish flavor. Maybe trying the torched nigiri with mayo would be better. Hand roll was just okay in terms of texture.

Small space with standing sushi bar that fits 8.Astounding sushi for the price. The quality of rice and fish at Edoboy rivals some omakase I have had at 2-3x the cost. I recommend selecting your 12 pieces yourself. It’s probably hard to go wrong with any selection, but overall I found the simple raw nigiri more compelling than the torched pieces (which were still delicious). My favorites included the lean tuna, scallop, and eel and crab hand rolls. The miso soup add-on was also balanced and complex.Just personal preference, I would have preferred seating as opposed to standing. But I might run on a treadmill if it meant having these pieces available for the price.

Food was delicious! The bad reviews talk about leaving hungry not sure how that’s possible. My wife and I truly enjoyed it and we will be back!

Best place to eat in Orlando, hands down! Can be casual enough for a night out with friends, or intimate enough for a date night/ anniversary! The chefs are amazing and so knowledgeable about the food and the waitresses are so sweet and helpful with the sake selections!

Have eaten here twice. Both times same experience. Friendly host, friendly chef. Atmosphere is fine, I am always too obsessed with the food and my date to look at the walls. It is very clean. They have expanded their tasting menu recently to include more large selections. Can’t wait to go back!!Dietary restrictions: I have a shrimp and prawns allergy and they have kindly accommodated me by slicing my sushi before other guests to ensure my safety. I feel very safe eating here. The chef works in front of you and speaks perfect English so I had no trouble communicating my need.

Edoboy has ruined all other sushi experiences for me. This was my 2nd time going and I am always impressed. I have watched them get their michelin star and religiously stalk their instagram to check out their new sushi bites, wishing for my next reservation to come sooner . Can't wait to go back and try "The Baller" set

Purposely chew slowly, because the flavors are fantastic. You stand for an hour, but I didn't even notice because I was excited to try each piece that was prepared.

So, there are elements of this restaurant that are nice (standing sushi bar - what's not to love) and the food is pretty decent. But, be prepared still to be hungry since they limit the quantity of sushi you can have. Also, since they're very regimented with the number of seatings they do per day, I felt very rushed to eat and leave. Great in concept, but in practice, left more to be desired. This is definitely more of a Disney-esque fad, and I'm glad I had this experience, but I'll never go back.
