We arrived about an hour and a half before closing mid-week during summer. The dining room was closed but the drive-through was open. When we reached the intercom, we learned that they were out of several food items and would only be accepting cash. I guess for a late-nite option, it is okay.

What a deal! Tuesday taco night we bought 12 tacos for 5.96! Yummy too! Tried the lemonade blueberry bubble tea which was good. The $1.00 three layer nachos were delicious too!

I ordered the Epic Triple Meat Burrito and the Epic Queso Chicken Burrito. These burritos are big! I wasn't sure that I was going to be able to finish them both, but I did. Very tasty. Customer service could be better. Some of the employees seem like they don't want to be there. Go for the food, not the service.

These bad reviews must be ignored. We started visiting FLORIda two years ago as a couple. Orlando included. We found Del Taco in Jan 2018 and NEVER STOPPED COMING HERE. if you think people have bad attitudes here well u do not understand Floridians! I’m northern and they do stuff fast down there too! The drive you are expected to shout out what u want fast and they usually move 14 cars out of drive thru on a fri night in a natter of minutes. Their prices are cheaper then Taco Bell and their food is ALWAYS fresh made when u order. They have the best handmade guacamole according to my fiance. I won’t ever touch that green stuff lol. Get a Plato you will thank me later!They are normally open 24/7 BUT right now are limited to 1-2am but it will be normal in no time!

Just went inside for the first time to this taco place after waiting 10 minutes to order and my cashier kept mumbling and finally get my food after 15 minutes and this was the worst fast food I have ever had Never Ever Again!

This place is terrible beans are bland and under cooked the taco meat I'm pretty sure Alpo is better and way too much cheese and I love cheese.

I made an order with Del Taco through Door Dash, and I wanted to call to ask them not to forget condiments, etc. before the order went out.I spoke to a woman who was so nasty, so rude, so incredibly unprofessional, who would neither listen nor be helpful. She answered the phone with a nasty chip on her shoulder.I'm trying to communicate with her, to no avail. i ask her name, and she won't tell me. I express my shock at how she's behaving and mentioned that I am her customer who is happy to support them during a global pandemic.She said, verbatim, "WE DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR SUPPORT".After more rudeness, she hung up. Literally hung up on a customer who called to request condiments, etc. I never got to actually tell her why I called, as I could not navigate through the horrific nastiness of this woman.I called Del Taco Customer service that very day, and spoke to a person named Achilles, who somehow never got the report to anyone. After not hearing back, i sent more feedback via online. What happened here was unnecessary, unwarranted, and left quite an impression.i got a phone call FINALLY as a result of my online feedback. Spoke to a regional manager. Despite his telling me he would follow up, I never heard back, and can't help but wonder if he discovered that the GM, VESSA, was actually the person who behaved so poorly. Based on other reviews I see here, it seems my situation is not unique.I really enjoyed their food until this. I had actually placed an order the day prior and was so happy i had ordered again and was prepared to order OFTEN. But they won't see another dime of my money. There are FAR too many other restaurants in Orlando, and they genuinely APPRECIATE their customers and don't treat them like garbage. I will take my money elsewhere and NEVER give another dime to Del Taco and this nasty woman who is RUINING their good name.

07/27/2020 . The service is good and the food is not terrible. It's what you would expect from a fast food taco joint almost like Taco Bell . But I would have to say I actually like this place more than Taco Bell . The meat wasn't too bad, the beans were good and the fries weren't have that bad and made right and not overcooked. Would I eat here again .....maybe .

Never been to a Del Taco before but for fast food Mexican this food did not disappoint. We were leaving the outlet mall and decided to give it a go. They have an incredible $1 menu. I ordered a value taco and a chicken soft taco. The value taco was $.79 and was about the same size as a Taco Bell taco. The meat was excellent and well spiced with crisp cold lettuce and shredded cheese which was a notch above Taco Bell. Chicken soft taco was like an authentic street style taco with cilantro lettuce and cheese and it was a real surprise to have all those fresh flavors. Wife ordered a habanero chicken taco which was HOT and a chicken al carbon taco. Excellent flavors and fresh ingredients. Much better than Taco Bell, they aren't even on the same playing field. Didn't try the burgers or fries but will next time. This is a solid 5 stars(in the fast food realm) prices were super cheap but we experienced slightly slow service in the drive through. But once I tasted the food, I forgot about the service. It's excellent and hands down the best, most authentic fast food (emphasis on fast food) Mexican we've ever had!Oh and the strawberry milkshake for a dollar was so full of real strawberry you couldn't even use the straw. Give it a try it was delicious.

after spending 100.00 in restaurant one employee shorted our order and simply would not make it right. Another had to step up to do so.Drove out of the way because one of six loves their food. Believe me after that kind of service TACO BELL was great for the next 3 days.
