I have been eating at Palacio's for years the food has always been on point ( DELICIOUS) every time we go it's normally for dinner but today my husband and I decided to eat there for lunch and oh my the worst experience ever the food was Horrible no flavor whatsoever the seafood was old instead of the crab being red and white it was actually white and black ? the service was Horrible we had food but no silverware to eat with ?♀️ No Bueno it normally takes us about 45 minutes...read full review
Have not been there for a long time and got pleasantly surprised. Now they have a great variety of food to choose from, including latin dishes, great service by Isabel, thanks. I returned after a while only to find out that the price for the lunch buffet has increased...

The food was awful. Greasy and dry. It was loud and overpriced. There was a variety but little choice inside that variety. We had a party of six split in two groups and payed separately those prices were different without even a 10 minute time difference on arrival. There are many other places you can get higher quality food for less.
