Waitress was very stuffy over the 10$ plate sharing fee. Every interaction felt judgy and impersonal. We weren't even trying to "pull one over on them" I just really wasn't hungry. They literally stood and watched to see if we shared the food. Seems like that would be bad for business. I still am going to tip 20% but probably would've tipped the extra 10$ if they weren't so weird about it.I don't even care about the 10$ sharing fee but was really put off about how absurd they were being about it.Food was delicious (except the lobster bisque) and restaurant decor is pretty. Greeter was nice as well.Edit: They did not charge the fee because I literally did not take a single bite. Did tip the extra 10$.Edit2: I see on another review, the restaurant said to let the staff know if someone didn't like the food so they could make adjustments. We did tell the busser that it was bad, only took 2 bites. Still got charged for it.

Service was just ok for this price point. The lobster bisque was good. The ribeye was also good. But the cheese cake was cold and hard. It was also too sweet.

We ate at 5:45 because that was the only open time. We quickly found the place to be completely empty when we got there and empty when we left. The food was Luke warm, just OK and nothing to write home about. Soup was just OK, like out of a can. Steak was tough, pork chop lacked flavor. I can continue, but I'll save myself time. Not going back.

We had a reservation early as we were there for a trade show. Excellent service and high quality food. A fairly limited menu so your party is looking to be frugal or likes simpler fare this might not be for you. Noise level increased as the restaurant filled up but could still comfortably carry on a conversation.

We have been going to this restaurant for the past twenty years for celebration dinners. This last experience was a bit disappointing as the special touches that made this restaurant special are no more. The shrimp cocktail no longer comes with three special sauces, there is no longer butter with the bread let alone butter made into an animal, no choices of sauces with the steak and at the end of the meal you no longer get the truffles. I, not sure if they still give you the champagne and menu with your name and date on it for a special anniversary or birthday but I have a feeling they don't. Also, the original Everglades special dessert isn't a thing anymore. Just disappointing as those things made this location stand out. The food was good, just the touches are gone. Service still very good as well.

I ordered the crabcake appetizer and the curry seafood .being from NOVA and raised with Chesapeake bay blue crabs the crab cake was ok but crab itself had no flavor the mango and watermelon was the whole flavor of the cake .The curry was good but i think it would of been much better if they left the lobster out and maybe more scallops. The curry over powered any flavor of the lobster. The taste of the scallops ,muscles, and shrimp came through the curry as the lobster did not.My ladie had the filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly but the portions of the sides with it were small.service was good but not personable or real friendly they did there job in a polite and professional manner.

Everglades is appropriately themed with it's vibrant and scenic use of decor. They have very professional staff and amazing food. The atmosphere is very hushed and casual, so you can dress up or dress down. They have tables and booths available, as well as a small bar. Fish tank, murals, and animal statues decorate the room. So for a drink I had the strawberry basil lemonade which also has Bacardi dragon fruit rum, and I must say it was refreshingly pleasant. Fairly light unlike most denser cocktails, semisweet, lightly tart, I tasted like I should be drinking it by a pool or a beach. They also have sparkling, tap and still water available, if that is more your thing. Before the entree is served you are given a made in house fresh basket of bread with white bread, pumpernickel and a giant sesame rice cracker, paired with, it was like a little bowl of chopped garlic, olives, tomatoes, oil, I honestly am not entirely sure what all is in it, but what I do know is you will want it on your bread. Now, the entree. I can truly say I have never had a better pork chop in my entire life! (Don't tell me my mother I said that) The Duroc Pork Chop is a thick cut, bone on, grilled chop, with whiskey glazed apple chunks, and a sauce/broth that brings out a savory meat flavor while the apples add a nice sweetness. Complimented by a few vegetables and delicious creamy and chunky mashed potatoes. I highly recommend this dish. I have never had a chop as moist and tender as this one. As far as parking, it is hotel parking in a garage, as the restaurant is inside the hotel, so down side here is we paid 30$ to park for two hours, but I would say that is the only catch, and truly is more of a reflection on the hotel, not the restaurant. But I felt the need to add that in as parking is a factor of a dining experience.

Food was absolutely out of this world. I got the New York strip with the fingerling potatoes and I had a glass of Shiraz from Australia. Everything about this meal was perfect my steak was cooked to perfection at a very nice medium. Our server was really nice she asked us if we would want sparkling, still, or tap. We had Stillwater Dash which was a bottle of Fiji on ice for $6.50. They do have a fee for parking if you would want to self park it is $30 but I believe they also valet.
