Barbecue Beef Brisket Bowl was heavy on the bbq sauce with very big cuts of beef, which made it hard to eat. Corn chips were an interesting flavor addition. Korean Barbecued Pork Belly Bowl was our favorite of the two. Pork was super tender and flavorful, the sauce savory and sticky, the additional fresh veggies were a great cut in fattyness. My wife and I were in MGM (it will always be that. Fight me!) and needed some food, so we decided to go down Sunset Boulevard.I went to Fairfax Fare and got their Korean BBQ Pork Belly Bowl and the Enchanted Rose and was not disappointed!The bowl was sweet, spicy, and savory all at the same time. Delicious! The Enchanted Rose was sweet and tasty as well!When we are in Disney again, we will be back!
