Too bad I can't put 0We came for a leisurely lunch by the pool and a drink...What a desappointment !!!The photos on the hotel website do not represent reality at all!!!There are a lot of people at the swimming pool, far from being quiet...The cocktails are not great for the high price and in a plastic cup that crushes when we put it in our mouths...!! $15 a glass + 18% imposed tips + tax....Seen the photos on Google of Falls pool which we fortunately looked at before ordering... Given the prices and quality, we didn't order anything...In other much more luxury hotels where we go regularly, when we eat at the restaurant or bar, valet or self parking is included and we leave them an extra tip...Well there, nothing....For staying 1 hour or slightly more. $30 parking!!!A scandal!!!We'll never come back again

Enjoyed a relaxing day at the pool. Service can take a bit especially if they get your drink wrong and the server has to do a whole new round of drinks to bring you a new one...which can take 30 minutes. Nachos were fine. As you can see by the pic that they are typical nachos but there were plenty. You have to be careful because the birds will swoop down and eat them. Enjoyable drink.

The food was good and came out in a timely manner. The rest of the service was so slow. It took forever to get drinks, refills and the check. We came before and during the laser show so maybe that is why?

Service sucks. Asked for a drink, server never came back ? and for another 4 hours, while reading by the pool no one came by — unless I really was enjoying the book and dint notice their question if I needed something (irony).

This is a great resort bar!! The resort is cash free, but they make a great Pina Colada !! TVs all around the pool area and great seating spots for dining or swimming. We will definitely be back!!

Ordered salads. The Mahi tuna on menu says marinated however when we asked the server if seared he said yes it will be served rare. It came out cubed and raw. Not marinated. I was slightly disappointed as it had no flavor. The rest of the dish was good. My point is no mention on the menu of the raw item. Other than that staff were great. Make sure to read your bill as they add 18% gratuity into total.

Drinks and food are expensive but that is to be expected when at a resort. The bar is located at the pool so you pay for the convenience also.
