"This has been the worst location of this franchise I've ever been to. It was T-Mobile Tuesday, I did everything as instructed for my free sandwich, then the cashier with a bad attitude told me it was only for mobile orders. After waiting 30 minutes, I approached the counter and they told me I hadn't ordered it with the discount code, but believe me, I DID. Their solution, besides the crowded store, was simply 'YOU HAVE TO ORDER IT AGAIN' because only the soda and chips I added appeared on the receipt. They didn't give me the chips or the soda or a solution to my problem. Horrible experience."

On 09/07/2023 around 12:35pm I came in there to order a sub. The employees sat there and gossiped rather than taking my order. After I finally got my order in several people ordered after me and received their food before me. I then spoke up and said something about it and they claimed they had to go get the ingredients yet no one ever left the line to get the “ingredients”.
Went to the restaurant at 9:50. Open sign was off and employee was sweeping the floor. I was told they were closed. Update your hours of you close early.

Por casualidad paramos a comprar Subs en esta locación. Desde el momento que entramos nos recibieron los 3 jóvenes con una mirada de desprecio. La niña que nos tomó la orden, no fue amable , los hizo sentir como que les hacemos un favor. Cuando nos entregaron la orden , noté que no tenía nada de queso y La Niña que lo preparo insistía que estaba derretido, pero el pan estaba helado y no se podía ver absolutamente nada. En vez de tratar de arreglar el sándwich se fue del local enojada. Estos niños no tienen idea lo que es trabajar y menos tener educación. Jamás miraron a los ojos, ni siquiera saludaron o preguntaron con amabilidad, es más , cuando nos íbamos se reían en forma burlona . Me entristece ver gente joven trabajando con tan poco compromiso y tan mala educación. Claramente nunca volvería a ese local.

Steak and cheese from firehouse are my go to at firehouse. The sandwich was good but not great but the point of this post was the macaroni and cheese. For 5.45 the picture depicts what was delivered to me. Not going to lie that was bothersome and the taste was vey bland and needed flavor.

Just left firehouse subs and there were 2 employees sitting outside (male and female) in chairs playing on their phones while another employee was inside making the orders and cleaning the restaurant. I assume the girl sitting outside was a manager since she had on a red polo while the other 2 individuals wore black tees. Other than that the food was great
