The food is delicious but I hate coming in here because the darkskin bald guy keeps starting arguments with his team. At first I thought it was friendly but it began to get more and more hostile. I been coming here for the past 2 years and I’ve never seen so much unprofessional behavior. But like I said the food is a 5 star but the atmosphere and service overall sucks.

If I could give 0 stars to this location I would. I have been a loyal firehouse customer for years & I’ve never had a bad experience at any of their locations, until tonight (March 2nd) We arrived to this firehouse location around 8pm (1 hour before closing) and the sign outside was turned off. My roommate and I walked into the location and said “hello”, we were not greeted with the original “Welcome to firehouse” from the 2 women behind the counter. When we proceed to the register, the cashier did not even say ONE WORD. Did not ask what I wanted, or if it was “for here or to go”. When my order was ready, she just threw it on the counter & said “order is ready”. Once opening the box, my sandwich was EXTREMELY SOGGY…. To the point, where I would pick it up and it just all fell apart. I approached the register once again, where the cashier was leaned over the counter, on her phone. I asked to please have my sub redone because it is very soggy and falling apart. All the cashier could say was “everything that you ordered is in there, and you got oil/vinegar” I explained to her that I’ve been coming to Firehouse for a very long time and my sub has NEVER been made so poorly and I will like it redone. The cook then proceeded to say “so you want it redone because it’s falling apart” & I informed her that was correct. It’s very disappointing that Firehouse is hiring employees with this horrible behavior and attitude. I will never be returning to this location and I would not recommend to anyone.

I have been coming to fire house for a very long time and every time has been amazing. On March 1st at 8 pm I came to this location which is my first time. The cashier and the cook were very rude from the start. The cashier didn’t say a word to us while taking our order. Then when they finished our subs they put it in a bag due to the cashier not even asking if it was for here or to go. I don’t know if they have control of the sign but it was off as well. The cashier instead of tending to the clients was more worried about her phone. My friends sub was the most soggiest sub we have ever had here at fire house. Then when she confronted the employees working here that night they got rude about why she wanted them to remake the sandwich. This was not what we expected from this place we love fire house. These two employees ruined that experience for us. If these employees don’t want to work here then they shouldn’t be working. Completely Disrespectful

I go to firehouse all the time but this location seems to skimp on the ingredients. The food wasn’t fresh, a crew member was outside smoking when I arrived. Nobody washed their hand when they entered the building after smoking. Never go there again.

Sad to write this as I love firehouse. Ordered Uber eats from this location. Food was delivered and after a couple bites noticed the entire bottom bun was molded over. Not just a little(see photos). I called the store to tell them and got no real response. I was told, well we get fresh bread everyday so that's not possible. Well it's clearly possible. Called firehouse corporate. Was told the store owners would contact me. And, nothing. Filled out an online form and got 4,000 pts . Really. You sent me a disgusting, molded bun and offer me some worthless points. Unreal. Horribly disappointed in firehouse.
Had an absolute awful experience with my Uber eats delivery not picking up all the sandwiches we ordered. I called to make sure that firehouse had the subs and to see if they could possibly heat them up for us since we already waited a while for our order and now having to drive back. Manager was absolutely amazing and remade our subs. Very thankful as he did not have to do that. Thank you so much!

Started snapping on me when I called & questioned if their DoorDash system was working properly . As my entire was wrong. They were confused as well and decided to do whatever. I asked wgynot call me. The response was that they don't have my number. But my dasher did. Could've waited for them to contact me to correct any confusion omyour end. Wouldn't that be the more customer friendly approach rather than just doing whatever? That someone is paying the company for? Told me to take it up with DoorDash and hung up. I heard you loud and clear

First time visiting firehouse subs, and we were not disappointed. My daughter got the hook and ladder sub, and I got the firehouse meatballs. Both subs were made to perfection and rather quickly. It's definitely a better sub place than Subway, I'll say. Service was great, we got greeted and our orders were taken quickly as well. Will definitely return.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT go to this Firehouse Subs. Today, I had placed an online order at 11:45am for a 1:10pm pick up. I arrived at the restaurant at 1:15pm, not only was my sub not ready, but I had to wait 8 minutes while one of the 'engineers' made it for me. When I received my order, it was just a sub, I had to ask for the cookie that I ordered. The manager put one in the bag and said "Sorry about that." I told him how I placed my online order at 11:45am and he said "yeah, sorry". I told him I was going to write reviews on social media and he said "I look forward to it" in a very condescending way. The 'engineers' looked very unorganized and obviously the manager had issues.I will never go there again
