Amazing place, good food and amazing customer service, the manager gave us a $20 USD off discount due to an issue at the kitchen that took some extra time to have our breakfasts ready, great for breakfast.

Love the service and food. Hot wonderful bottomless coffee. Egg Benedict is now my favorite. And the greens make me feel healthy. Try everything. Juices. Bacon. Yum

The food was maginal at best. Just didn't have the good taste I'm use to at other places. Service was good. Atmosphere was good.

This First Watch is new to the neighborhood and is still working the kinks out. We prefer the location on Turkey Lake/Palm Parkway. Do not come here if you're thirsty. Even if you ask your waitress you will then have to flag down another server who will bring you a carafe of water and dirty glasses. The food is fine and up the usual standards, but my husbands toast took an additional ten-fifteen minutes. When I checked out no one asked how our food or service was, but I did let them know on the survey that was texted to me. Lots of management milling about, but they really need to get their ducks in order.

This particular First Watch is located in the tourist area of Orlando and is a good overall place to grab breakfast. It is a great place with a great staff and the overall ambiance is pretty relaxing. First Watch is part of a new trend where they offer restaurants with an emphasis on breakfast in a more upscale experience than the typical greasy spoon diners that once dominated the breakfast restaurant industry. First Watch has been around for quite a bit of time. In fact, First Watch can trace its roots back to 1983 when the first location opened in Pacific Grove California. It has since grown considerably and now boasts over five hundred locations. That in itself is definitely impressive. I had the eggs benedict for my breakfast and I would definitely recommend their eggs benedict. This was a great place to meet up for a business breakfast and I would definitely recommend this particular First Watch location.

Food was so bland and burnt: the busicut tasted as if wasn't baked throughly, the potatoes were burnt but not made all the way, and the gravy was basically water. My server was super pleasant and not overwhelming, though. But they started cleaning at 1:15 and the smells were overwhelming. It just wasn't a great experience because of the food tbh.

Food was just okay. Same food in Ocala, FL was much better the day prior. Service was not great. Server seemed bothered by our presence and was rushing through everything. Cut off multiple time even during ordering to rush. Luckily another server came by frequently to help us. He was extremely kind.

Food was ok, but presentation of Avocado Toast was different compared to another First Watch location: here they served it with a super bad plain salad while in another location it had a nice bowl of mix fruits. The waiter kept asking me for the items of my order and out of 3 items ordered, he forgot two of them so had to ask him “where is my other food” couple of times and as he forgot, we had to wait longer.
