Friendliest staff! My daughter and I came in right before closing. We came straight from her lacrosse game. She said it was the best customer service experience ever!The food is always great! The fries are the best in the business. I always get the Cajun seasoning on the side. The fresh jalapeños on the burger is a must!I will keep coming back!

Best fast burgers in Waterford area. A bit expensive compared with other ones but worth every penny.
Very good burger. You should order a grilled cheese and add a patty or two, then whatever toppings you like. Can’t go wrong with that.

Arrived at this particular Five Guys on my way back to the yard as this was one of the few places open at such a time, and the service/attitude I received was subpar. While waiting for my order, a woman came in and headed to the front to order. Not to judge, but she was on the bulkier side and well over six feet tall. This caught the attention of a few employees who were acting like they were "working." I saw some stare and turn to each other and snicker about this lady and was appalled by their actions. I wouldn't date to know what they were saying, but it was obvious it was about her. As the woman waited for her order, they continued to do said actions, and I took to Google immediately to inform others that this Five Guys is not Trans/gender neutral friendly. BEWARE: you WILL be mocked and ridiculed behind your back. Do better Five Guys.

45$ order. 2 burgers 2 fries. 1 shake. lady at the register asks me if I wanted toppings and I said yes please all of them. Burger had no toppings only meat and cheese. Waited 40 mins. This was 1/27 at 6pm. Never again. Stupid employees.
