Ordered our food, went to pay, got out our $100 bill, and they said they were unable to take it as they aren't allowed to take $100, our bill was $118. Put a sign out to state this. Manager rude, didn't care, just said to ring head office

Very rude staff, and won't accept $100 notes, as tourists this is the note we get given by travel companies, so if you don't want legal tender notes that your government makes, please ask them to stop making them if you don't want them, and put signs up in your restaurant so customers know, not just for your rude staff to tell us they don't accept after ordering everything.

Five Guys fries, though plentiful and well salted, always appear to be old. Idk if it's the oil or that the fries are actually old, but they're never crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside like homemade fries, and they're always brown and not golden.Anyway, still enjoyed my meal and service.

I was with my family and I was almost attacked by the person who fries the hamburgers. I arrived at 9:00 pm and the person who fries the hamburger meat already said it was closed and couldn't be served. I questioned saying it was still 9:00 pm, another person who works at the cash register came to help me. I was served closer to 10pm and the person who fries the burgers started to hate me for holding back, throwing chairs to intimidate my family and other people who were still eating. I felt attacked and I will never go back to this Five Guy store again. the date of the incident was 12/29/2023 at 9:45 pm

I frequently eat at Five Guys and it’s the best burger for sure! However, today I had a bad experience at Five Guys at Millenia (4698 Gardens Park #207 Orlando) caused by a person called Channel, which is the manager of the store. I was trying to help a 3 year old kid to open a box of peanuts and she treated me very unkindly and was rude yelling “don’t touch my peanuts, I don’t want nobody touching my peanuts…” so everyone inside the store could hear it. I was confused and ashamed especially because I was trying to help and every other five guys I’ve ever been at had free peanuts for its customers. I’m just reporting this situation because sometimes good places like Five Guys can have its name screwed because of the people that work there.
