typically I don't have an issue at five guys but I'm irritated because I normally take my food to go and my burgers usually get home soggy, so I've been starting to want my bun on the side. I went once and they put the bun on the side, placed a pick up order with wanting to put the bun on the side but couldn't so when I get there I asked and since I had put no bun cause I didn't want it sitting there getting soggy. the employee told me I couldn't get buns. which really annoyed me, I had already paid 26 dollars for two burgers and a small fry and then I had to go and spend extra money because I couldnt get buns and on top of that I had to wait for my food and I got there after my pick up time. either make a button for bun on the side or figure out how to not get them so soggy.

I ordered a regular bacon burger, received cheese on it when I am lactose intolerant. Skimpy fry servings, not NEARLY as much as literally every other Five Guys gives you. I also ordered sauce and one topping and one sauce on the SIDE. Listening is probably the most important part of the service industry. As well as paying attention to the order when preparing it. There was no cheese on my receipt anywhere.
This store was very prompt, accurate and did a great job on my order! Its cook exactly as ordered!!!!The peanuts were also fresh and as usual, a awesome treat ✌️The lady who took my order was very friendly.
