Stopped by for quick treat after a day at the theme parks. My family and I were all happy with our soft serve and sundaes. I would definitely stop by here again because the ice cream was delicious and they have plenty of variety to try.

This is for all my Indian friends, this place is filled with Latino girls, DO NOT WASTE YOUR Money and get humiliated. I asked for butter pecan ice cream in a cone, girl asked 1scoop or 2, I said 2, by the time she had it to me, second scoop on top was ready to fall on the ground, I asked for a cup, another girl who was bossy told she can give a transparent plastic cup, as I was receiving the ice cream fell on the counter, I told her she could have told me 2 scoops is too much for a small 2 inch cone. I thought it’s going to be big wide deep cone, the bossy was girlWas mean and said I should get out and shut the glass window. All the people around me were Latinos they were all watching with a smirk on their face, no one came for my defense, they all threw a dirty look. This happened on 03.16.2024 evening after 6:00pm just in case if the management is reviewing this, I request them to fire that mean bossy Latino girl, she is a teenager with no manners or courtesy. I wasted 8$, I was very upset then I went to cold stone cream nearby to get the same ice cream.I just saw one more reviewer Nora fit, I agree with her 100%, she went through the sameWith same girl on the same day what a coincidence, I am not from Florida, I came for vacation, so this is definitely not good, that girl need to be fired. Probably the girl who took my order as well, since she was pretending she couldn’t understand me when I asked why she didn’t tell me the 2scoops is going to be overflowing on a small cup. She was able to understand my English well she. She took order…dahhh…

The worst Twistee Treat location, and the customer service is terrible, my daughter wanted the souvenir cup, and i asked if she can have 2 scoops she said yes ( as shown in my receipt she picked 2 scoops different flavors) i also ordered my Sunday with extra peanuts and hot fudge, in the pick up window was another lady with a terrible attitude, called me and said which flavor you want for the souvenir cup, i said as mentioned in the receipt, but she said that i can order only one scoop and one flavor, but even my daughter wasn't happy about it i let it go and i took the order, but when she handed me my Sunday i can see that they were so cheap with the portions and i didn't get my extra peanut, in fact it wasn't even the regular portion but less, i went again to ask her for extra peanuts she said i have to pay for it, which doesn't make any sense they missed up my order twice, but her answer was " everyone make mistakes and you make mistakes too" and she started laughing and telling me that there is no peanuts if you are not paying and closed the window of my face. I was just shocked, this was March 16th 2024 at 8:20pm i don't remember her name but i think she mentioned she is the manager. I don't recommend this location at all i will stick with the Orange Blossom Treal location they are much better

Whoa what a price difference from the Lake Buena Vista location. I had to pay I-Drive prices.Nothing tasted the same as I’m used to from the other location. My daughter and I didn’t even finish our ice cream, which is shocking. It was still good. Not amazing like I’m use to, but good.Dietary restrictions: I tipped because they gave my daughter fresh sprinkles to avoid cross contamination for her peanut allergy. Very appreciative for that.

I bit run down. Items on the menu should be update. The ice cream sandwich does not say it has a hard Oreo cookie. It has a picture of a soft crust. It wasn’t enjoyable biting into a hard Oreo cookie.

I went here with my friend and we had both bad experience with this location, they are so cheap with the postion and there was barely any chocolate on my icecream, other than that my friend had an argument with an employee who claimed she was the manager and refused to fix her order. I would not recommend this

I went with my girlfriend in the afternoon and Camila served us. She recommended the Turtle Sunday and I really recommend it, we will definitely return, excellent ice creams and service.
