Went and they had no ice cream or food. They only had butter pecan, butter crunch and vienna crunch flavors and only a few burgers, no fries or other food. How do you operate a business without food? Umm check inventory levels and order stuff in advance.

I grew up with Friendly's in New York. I was excited to find one in Florida!! Stephanie did so great taking care of our huge table! We all had meals and ice cream and she was so nice. Everything tasted great. I was so happy feeling like I was reliving some childhood memories with my own kids and my mom!!

I waited almost an hour then ended up leaving because they couldn't tell me how much longer. There were only 2 waitresses
Our waiter Jamie was very rude to us and our children. He never brought our drinks out. He got upset when we asked for ketchup and salt and pepper. He was terrible.

As an ex operations manager of 2 franchises of Friendly's in PA, this was so sad.It's horribly old. Honestly, we should have gone with our instincts and left. It's very dark and dirty. The food was ok. Everything else was very wrong, and it was very slow. Waited forever for everything.Parking: We drove up and a homeless man was digging around the cigarette urn outside front door taking the dirty old butts. Prayed for him. Sad.
I'm not one to leave reviews, but this place was okay at its best. The place looked understaffed for a Friday night which made service extremely slow. Sad to say but I'd rather go to McDonalds than come here again. This establishment has declined over the years.
