Very unprofessional! Answers the phone with just a hello not even the name of a company how can I help you nothing! Does not send a tracking number you have no idea when your product will arrive and then when my product did arrive it was the wrong thing, called multiple times, left voicemail left two emails and no response until 10 days later they decide to call and say how can they make it right like I’m gonna stop my business and hold the product because you sent me the wrong one! No I had to use them even though it was wrong! So now I will find another company to deal with! Yes I should’ve read the reviews But dealt with the company a few times prior and the quality of the gelato spoons definitely cheap and up! I guess that’s the world we live in keeping up the materials for charge the same price!

Horrible customer service experience. I order on 4/23 did receive my product unit 5/15. I didn't open the box till today only to find d that they sent the wrong product. Will never use again.
