I've been to several different Gong Cha locations and this one is kinda janky. They don't offer the full Gong Cha menu and it seems like they do some things differently in terms of making drinks, adjusting the sweetness, etc. so I'm not sure how much of it is actually true to the Gong Cha franchise. It's a bit suspicious but my drink turned out fine so shrug.

Classic boba place with really good drinks! They're all over the world & they're different depending which one you to go to. This Orlando location is one of the bests, and I feel like their brown sugar boba is one of the bests I've had. It's like not overly sweet & just right. Some can make it way too sweet (but can't blame them, it is brown sugar after all).Have had a variety of other drinks from them as well, such as the wintermelon with the foam - also really good & very light. Overall would recommend.

Love the Gong Cha here in O-town. The decor is so roomy unlike the small space store I frequent in NYC LOL. They have a similar menu in NYC and the milk teas were prepared the same way. I took off one star because they don't make hot drinks =( (lady said they don't have the cups to hold hot drinks).

I had recently visited this boba chain in Washington D.C and it was wonderful but at this location I wasn't too pleased. I got black milk tea with boba and custard and the boba was hot, over cooked, and had no flavor. I believe the staff was rushing because they had opened 20 mins prior to when I arrived. Maybe I will try again sometime later down the road but as of now this is my rating!

The service here is very good! I ordered a Brown Sugar Milk Tea with the Black Tea option and I was able to customize it with levels of 100% sugar and 25% ice. The entire staff was quick and knowledgeable. On my way out I had tripped and sadly dropped my drink and it exploded right outside the door. As I was going to enter back inside the shop, one of the bobaristas said to wait and offered me a bag so I wouldn't bring a dripping mess inside. I offered to pay for a new drink but they got right to work on making another drink for me and said that I did not have to pay again. I found this customer service very great and I recommend visiting this place. They also have nice picture spots with decorated walls. Definitely coming back!

So I'm still learning about boba and tea places and stuff like that. A had been to a couple of mainstream places around town, but a couple of friends of mine swore that this was The place. The place. So we came here one night after some poke, and I was completely overwhelmed. The teas and the milks and the boba and the jellies. There are so many options, and I don't know what goes well together. I was lost. But the friendly girl at the front counter walked me through it, figured out I love sweet things, and that I love chewy things, but not too chewy. And I settled on the thing for me.I don't remember exactly what I got. I remember it was sweet, it had some cream cheese foam on the top, and there were rectangular jelly pieces that were in the bottom of the cup and sucked up through the straw like a vacuum cleaner. It was good. Very good. I don't have any more information. Just know that if you like teas and stuff, and like helpful employees, you will like this place. Bravo, guys!

If you'd like to catch diabetes then come to this place, I've been to a few other Gong Cha in texas and the drinks were good. Ordered 2 original milk tea with foam and it wasn't drinkable, 2 sips and it felt like our sugar intake were good for the whole week, both drink went into the trash.

Caramel Milk Tea with Strawberry Foam A delicious combination! The waffles are really good too.

I ordered the mango green tea with no ice. They use fresh mangoes in the tea. There's the texture of bits of mango in the tea. I love that they don't use an artificial mango syrup, those taste gross. I ordered it at 70%. If I could have a do over, I would do 50% sugar, 70% was still a bit too sweet for me. But I guess since they added ice when I asked for none, it balanced out eventually. I didn't want ice bc I was full at the time (having just left a dim sum place) my family decided they wanted to try this place out so I wanted to put it in the fridge and drink it later. I also had to use the bathroom and there was a sign on theirs that it was closed. Docked a star for the ice. It took them longer to make the drinks than I expected so I wasn't going to complain and wait all over again and bc I had to go to the bathroom so I left. Inside the shop is nice and clean. There are some bistro style tables with chairs for sitting down inside to enjoy your tea. Service was good. My kids said they liked their drinks: honeydew smoothie, milk tea, and mango smoothie. They all had boba in their drinks. They said the boba was good. I would try this place again if I lived here.

So, I saw this place had opened for a while now and never had the opportunity to stop by. The location is adjacent to a supermarket so it can be a little bit difficult to find parking when it's peak hours. Thankfully, it was pretty empty when I stopped by. Their selection of drinks really focuses on teas - I wanted a fruit tea but didn't want any sugar, but the options were limited, so I opted for a green tea with milk foam. The drink has a very nice tea flavor and the foam offered a nice contrast. Overall a very good drink.

I ordered a matcha smoothie without any boba— it cost me over 7$—the flavor was good and the people working were nice, but the blending of the smoothie was awful. The smoothie had huge chunks of ice in it that were clogging up a boba straw; I had to run so I didn’t ask for it to be remade, but I couldn’t drink it until it mostly melted because I couldn’t get anything through the straw. The picture is of one of the chunks of ice after over an hour drive home in the Florida heat— I even stopped at another boba place on my way home to get another drink because I was so disappointed.

Gong-cha milk tea locations are hard to come by so I was very happy that there was a location in Orlando ! We had the seasonal honeydew green milk tea which was great but sweet ; I asked for 50% but the girl working couldn’t adjust the sugar level. I ordered my favorite drink from here which is winter melon with milk foam and boba. The interior is adorable as well, so would recommend this bubble tea shop for sure !

Been here twice. Ordered a melon milk tea with peach stars. Both were very good, but I couldn't finish the drink due to the strong, artificial taste, but I got my sweet drink fix. Ordered a bubble waffle with pearls and whipped cream--was a bit mushy and strange, very unlike the fresh, crisp bubble waffles I've had elsewhere. 2nd time -- ordered a regular milk tea with boba. Boba were a little mushy, not sweet, and my drink mostly tasted like milk than tea. 70% sweetness was also barely sweet, seemed like a 50% instead. Drink was creamy though, which was what I wanted, but I didn't get the classic milk tea taste. Based on the other reviews, these experiences aren't uncommon here so I don't think I'll be coming here again.

Their milk teas are creamy and delicious, and I highly recommend adding the strawberry or cheese foam. They also serve fabulous bubble waffles (and the aroma in the store makes it so tempting to order them!).

I’ve been to quite a few Boba spots and this is by far the best spot in the Orlando Area. They offer an authenticate taste to Boba. The staff is really welcoming and nice and swiftly provide me with my drink. If you’re looking for a real authentic Boba spot this is the spot you should go to!If you’re new to Boba or don’t like the Tea taste, I would recommend the Brown Sugar Fresh Milk Boba. Great way to introduce yourself into the Boba World.
