Grounding Roots is wonderful! I was in the area and stumbled upon this cute juice bar, and I was met with exceptional service. You can sample the juices to see which one is your favorite. You also have the option of getting the juice over ice or in a cup, or to-go in one of their glass bottles. I went with the HeartBeet Juice , and the Balanced Brew. Both tasted Fresh + Great! I also took home a topical magnesium spray - works wonders!!! Please go check this super holistic juice bar out. The vibes are TRULY Amazing!!!!

Amazing juice spot. The people who work here are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. You can taste any of the juices and they will explain the health benefits of each one. They also make delicious, healthy, organic treats and small food items. I really like the energy balls (peanut butter and snickerdoodle). They also have an awesome loyalty program and they recycle your used bottles. Highly recommend this place!

I came in not knowing anything about the shop, and the employee was so welcoming and helpful with the menu. I got their PB and J smoothie and it is the best one I have ever had! The other smoothie places they are usually too sweet or just artificial tasting (and if they are too healthy they usually are disgusting), but this one was so fresh and delicious! she also gave me samples of some of their juices, and I am so excited to go back to get them! The ingredients are clear and all good for you! Love love love this place! 10/10

Not only is the vibe in here is so relaxing but the juices, smoothies, açaí bowls are delicious and on top of that healthy! A friend mentioned about this place and how they serve natural base smoothies and drinks for recovery! The first time my husband and I tried the smoothies on their menu! Don't remember the name! But it has peanut butter in it! My second time coming in I had just finished a workout and had mentioned to the staff member in the front that I was sore and she recommended the stamina smoothie which has banana, peanut butter, cacao, protein powder, maca and coconut water I believe OMG so good!! It definitely helped a lot ! I came in another day after a workout and they didn't have the stamina :( since it sells so fast! I ended up grabbing a strength smoothie and it was just as good! I love that they have crystals and apothecary items I purchased the magnesium spray for myself and for my husband who has sciatica! Staff member mentioned it was great for pain and a best seller! So far it is true! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for some healthy organic smoothies and food!

Nice juice bar in Winter Park! I believe they sell other things but I was interested in trying their juices. The girl at the front let me try the ones that I was interested in. And I end up getting the smaller versions of the three juices. I liked the orange one the best because of the hint of ginger. But the other ones also we're good. I'll definitely be back!

They even offer delivery if you subscribe to there weekly juice delivery, which I will be signing up for soon. The price and the quality are well worth a stop.
