This was the first time I planned to celebrate my birthday at Hamburger Mary's Orlando, and it will definitely be the last time too. A week ago I made a reservation and I was told they would put us on the first booth, right next to the stage. When we got there, there were people on this first booth, and they put us on the 3rd one. And please, do not waste your time trying to apologize, because my birthday is gone, and so am I.

Been going to this place since it opened. I have experienced the days where this would be considered a "Goto" for lunch. The food is great and the pricing isn't bad. The past 3 times i have gone there i have noticed the service has been steadily declining. The hostess is fine, but primarily the wait staff. Today we were sat down and after 15 minutes of waiting, my lunch group didn't even get waters for the table. It also appeared as though they had one waiter during the lunch period. The restaurant wasn't even close to being at capacity, so we shouldn't have this kind of experience. The waiter my party observed had an agitated look and slowly shuffled around the dining area as if the customers were annoying him. Once we saw him attend to a larger party who arrived after we did, we decided to not waste any more time during our lunch hour and went to Cucina closer to our office. I am disappointed as this place used to be very nice. I hope they see what their customers write and improve on their service whether hiring someone that appears to want to work and/or staff more folks during the lunch hour. Maybe i will check back in a few months and give it one more try. If there is no change, then i will just have to put them on my skip list and let my co-workers be aware of it.

Loved every moment in here from the moment we sat down! Came for Sunday brunch, and we could not have been happier with our experience. The show was awesome, and our waitress Angelica was so nice and attentive. We really felt welcomed. Will absolutely be returning soon!

My wife , two boys and myself went to brunch on Sunday. We ate good food and had several good adult beverages. We loved how interactive the show is and how friendly all the staff is. It started our vacation off right and we will definitely be back. Open minds and open hearts are found here
