This Hard Rock Cafe was the best Hard Rock I have ever been to. The staff was nice and the food was amazing. I recommend getting the bbq burger, it’s lights out.

We stopped here on a Monday night and thought the cocktails and food were the best quality/taste compared to other stuff we have had on city walk. ALY was our server and she was awesome!! Super attentive and friendly. Thanks for a 5 star experience!

First evening in Orlando to attend a conference... I was staying at the Portofino which is on the Universal property so walked over to city walk to grab a bite to eat for dinner. I sat at the bar and had a Legendary burger and a triple platinum margarita. Both were fine, and a bit spendy but I completely understand that that's what happens when you buy a meal at a theme park.

Too hard to find. Pointless to go if you want a quick place. Took 50 minutes just to find the place. No signs leading to it. Otherwise it's great. But just hard to find

I took my husband to visit Hard Rock, there we were celebrating our honeymoon. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, despite having several empty tables, we placed our order. The attendant was great and super friendly, but I don't know what happened that my order was lost or forgotten, waiting for more than 40 minutes. As a consolation prize, they would offer us a portion of fries to wait for our order, after which we would continue waiting for our order. When our order arrived, the meat was extremely well done, even tough. Horrible! I only ate because I was more hungry. The amount paid is very expensive due to the lack of quality and absurd wait. At the end of the night I went to the bathroom which I was DISGUSTED to use. It was very dirty, paper thrown on the floor, dirty toilets…. Was I at the Hard Rock or in the public bathroom??? Terrible and disgusting. When leaving the place, I informed the receptionists about the deplorable state of the bathroom (lower floor) and, looking fed up and indifferent, they just shook their heads and continued talking. Frustrating night. The place is beautiful, but I don't recommend it. Due to the poor quality of the meals, reception service and uncleanliness of the place.

We really loved all the old school memorabilia, a lot of it was outdated but still really cool to see. We especially loved the Beatles room upstairs. I got the chicken & avocado flatbread with a side of fries. Their fries are really good and the flatbread was great too, I just wish the board was a little bigger for the flatbread. The service was slow, we had to ask for napkins and condiments.

The food was great. The atmosphere makes the place, looking at all the artifacts and followed by quality service it made it a great experience. I would definitely like to visit again, I need to try the burger!
